Mike surprised me today with a beautiful canvass of Soni, our first baby. Soni is the reason I love corgis so much. She went everywhere with us. She was the happiest baby, loved people more than dogs, was a great nurse, a fast learner, and ALWAYS the boss. She was my heart baby and I miss her every day. This beautiful reminder makes me so happy. It’s one of my favorite photos of her in her Christmas pajamas. The pajamas were way too big for her because she was a small 22 lb corgi. So, I took her to a tailor shop. The little old tailor had me go into the dressing room and put her in the pjs. When we came out of the room, he had me put her up on the pedestal and ACTUALLY fitted her pjs with pins while she stood perfectly still. 😂😂😂 I still remember his amazement and joy at her sweet personality. Thank you honey for such a beautiful and loving gift. I love you! ❤️
