The Coastal Method Retreats 🌊

over the past 10 years ive had the honor of participating in, supporting and leading over 35 retreats and it’s become one of the pieces of my job i love most. when you commit to a retreat with me, my hope is that you feel the intention with which every experience is created and you can fully settle into the retreat knowing that you are in good hands 🫶🏼

when i was trying to decide where to host the next @thecoastalmethod retreat, two places from this years travels came to mind: Portugal + Joshua Tree. when i traveled to both of these places, i felt a sense of peace and alignment — something i wanted to share with my community too. earlier this year we launched PORTUGAL and now that that trip is full, it’s time to launch our second retreat of 2027: JOSHUA TREE (MARCH 17-21)🌴

TCM EL SALVADOR 🌊

it’s been 3 months since we embarked on our journey to @visitmizata and i can’t help but reflect on all that has shifted since. this trip was all about tapping into our third chakra center — our center of power + purpose. when ive reflected on what my purpose is these past few months it’s become clearer and clearer to me that my purpose lies in creating experiences just like you see here in this recap video. i feel most fulfilled in helping people create space for themselves + in turn allowing them to connect with others looking to do the same 💛

Trying to find words for this experience was too hard and these pictures were too special not to share.

Everyone should take a solo trip at least once in their life. I met such amazing women who embraced me as I am with such grace. These women are incredible and this trip will hold a special place in my heart forever.

a week of stepping into our power + reaffirming our purpose ✨

leading these retreats through @thecoastalmethod is the greatest gift. together we:

-flowed + healed in the most stunning oceanfront yoga shala 🧘‍♀️
-hiked to the top of Santa Ana volcano 🌋
-survived the Temezcal Utero ceremony 🛖
-laughed and cried our way through workshops ✨
-reaffirmed our values and crafted them onto vision boards 🔮
-soaked in the sun with poolside piña coladas 🍍
-burned + released the things that were holding us back 🔥

and greatest of all, we were held and supported by the beautiful sisterhood of 24 women who said yes to this experience 💛

thank you to @tattylopezz + the @visitmizata team for always making El Salvador feel like home, to @byrachellehman for capturing all of the content for this trip and to everyone who trusted me as their guide through this experience — i am forever grateful ✨
