when you’re experiencing symptoms of “depression”, that’s usually a sign from the universe that your soul isn’t living up to its fullest potential.

change is required sooner or later to get you on the path that’s meant for you.

i was there in 2021, before i’d even embarked on my e-commerce journey.

i’d only completed one year of uni, i was working in construction, living for the weekends, and i thought, “is this really it? is there not more to life than this?”

that was the catalyst for deep research, introspection, and honest thinking about what my why is, what my purpose is, and what i’m meant to do on earth.

i truly believe every one of you is capable of finding these answers for yourself, but you have to jump into the abyss and discover it’s a feather bed.

that means stepping into the darkness and facing your shadow - the good, the bad, and the ugly.

only when you’re ready to do that and start your healing journey will you begin to see progress.
