3 pieces of specialness that I love: a hand crafted cup I use every morning made by Carolyn Bulkley, and gifted to me by the McDade family. The reclaimed wood came from unlivable homes in New Orleans as a remembrance after Katrina,
and the art it holds is from an artist in Togo, West Africa in 1989 while I was in the Peace Corps. It’s easy to overlook this kind of preciousness when in your home - it’s purposeful handmade art and there is always a story that comes with it. #♥️

Wedding photos are back, so get ready for endless spam 😭

Seeing how many photos are filled with laughter, huge smiles, silliness, and pure joy.. The whole essence of this day was just captured so perfectly 🥺

You’re my big love David. Marrying you was the easiest decision of my life. 🥰 I think we’re the luckiest people alive.

Thank you always to @heyitszotti & Miley for capturing the most special day! I have quite literally not stopped looking through all the photos since you sent them over 😂

Sad to see the Alpenrose velodrome go. I remember the first time I saw it thinking they should just fill it with water and we could all go for a nice swim. I had some great times there, most of which didn’t include racing, but rather the heckling of teammates from the stands.
