MY DEBUT EP ‘Homebird EP’ is out now!:)
5 Songs that mean the absolute world to me,
I’ve dreamt of releasing a collection of songs like this since I started busking in Galway at age 11!
I’d like to thank everyone who helped me bring these songs to life!

Saturday’s Open Day was a reminder that Just Go is about more than training. It’s about people meeting people.

New faces chatting like they’d known each other for months. Long term members welcoming others straight in. Conversations between sets. Coffees after class. That’s the part you can’t programme, but it’s the part that keeps growing.

We’re proud of our expert coaching. We hold a high standard of accountability. But what makes people stay for years is how it feels to walk through the door.

You’re not just coming to train.
You’re coming to see your people.
Knock showed that perfectly on Saturday.

As always thanks to the Just Go team for organising a great event, @cbowes_pt
@conor_canny_performance @coach.ashleyd @coach_carolfreeley

@alma.gallagher.1 for officially opening the studio
@sentiments_by_sinead for the decor
@mareseyoga for an amazing yoga session
@andthisbreath for calming the body and mind
@mchughmedia for capturing the morning

And lastly, thank you to our loyal members for coming along and making it a great morning.

Onwards and upwards
