I turned 8 years old this week!

When I started personal training back in 2018, I never thought it would turn out like this.

It started as a hobby, and with my love for fitness, but has blossomed into something that I could have never predicted and I am so grateful for everyone that has made this possible.

Because of my incredible clients, I get to wake up every day and share my love of health and fitness with others. You all have been there for so many life events, and we have sweat together and grown together.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the amazing memories, moments, laughs, and push back on why we have to do that stupid exercise you hate.

The list could go on and on for all the ways you have changed my life, but I’ll keep it to 8 for this year.

It feels amazing to be able to make a positive impact on so many people over the years and I’m looking forward to what the next 8 years will bring!

I am incredibly proud of this group of clients today!

About seven weeks ago, we set out with a goal: train for and tackle the Joyful Ventures 5k. Today, everyone absolutely rocked it!

For some, this was their first-ever 5k. For others, it was the perfect challenge to get back into running. Seeing the dedication over the last two months has been amazing, and the momentum isn’t stopping here. A few are already setting their sights on a 10k or a half marathon next!

Ready to cross your own finish line? Send me a DM or drop a comment to get started on your training journey!

This season sharpened me—physically, mentally, spiritually. A year of early mornings, dark evenings, heavy lifts, and heavier lessons.
Grateful for the people who became family and thankful to God for covering this season and carrying me through. 🤍

A man plans his course, but the Lord determines his steps - Proverbs 16:9

Growing up, every Saturday in the fall seemed to include a two-and-a-half hour drive from Ballinger to Lubbock to watch the Red Raiders on the gridiron. I quickly fell in love with Texas Tech, the city, and most importantly, the people. I always knew this place was special and where I would call home. I didn’t realize how intentionally God would lead me through this university.

Today, I’m not overthinking it. With his guidance, somehow every step He placed has brought me to this inspiring position I’m eternally grateful for.

As a proud Red Raider, this is truly the greatest honor of my life! God has been so evident throughout this week, and none of this would have been possible without His grace and goodness.

Thank you to @texastechpiphi for allowing me to represent such a wonderful organization, and thank you to everyone who supported and uplifted me during Homecoming week. I am eternally grateful for Texas Tech University and the people who make it so special! Thank you Texas Tech for the sweetest week of my life!

WRECK ’EM!!!❤️🖤🤍
