All glory to God!! Today was such a special day for so many reasons. First of all, because of My Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I re-committed to the Lord a little over 2 months ago and my faith journey in that time has been incredible. This was the first time I’ve been baptized and it was an incredible moment.

Another reason today was so special is because of The Bridge Fellowship (@thebridgefellowship). I first visited The Bridge about 2 months ago and have since become Fully Engaged. I’m in the Regen program, serve on the media team, and will soon be joining a life group. I can’t say enough about the Staff and the people of the Bridge. They are real people that welcome you as you are but love you enough to not let you stay where you are. If you’re looking for a church, I can’t recommend the Bridge highly enough.

Finally, my friends and Family. Some of them drove over an hour to be there for me today. A special shout out to my mom who did everything she could to make today an incredibly special day. Every one of them took time out of their day to be there for me and support me. I can’t tell you how happy my heart was to see everyone come up to the front to stand with me.

In the third picture, Pastor Phil asked me “Did you pay all these people to be here today?” I couldn’t help but laugh but in the same moment be incredibly grateful for the community God had put around me. It’s truly humbling.

Thank you, Jesus. Thank you to The Bridge (special shout out to Pastor Jim and Pastor Michael). And thank you to my friends and family. Praise God!!!
