🀩17 B. Iden Payne Award Nominations🀩 We’re thrilled to see Sagittarius Ponderosa and Hedwig and the Angry Inch recognized alongside so much fantastic Austin theatre! Thank you to the @bipawards Council for celebrating our work. Amplifying queer voices is at the heart of ART, and seeing queer stories and artistry honored means so much to us. Plus being included alongside so much remarkable theatre made in Austin this year makes our heart sing! Congratulations to our nominees and everyone who made these productions possible, onstage and behind the scenesβ€”and to our fellow nominees across Austin! Join us November 2 at the Awards Ceremony to celebrate together! #atxtheatre #queerart #representationmatters
