Sold and closed!

After years of contemplating, we finally made the leap and decided to leave our Long Beach property behind for an east coast home. June was the month of decision, and August saw the house go on the market. Offer received and accepted a week later. This bungalow has been our haven, our longest-standing home – 27 years for G and 18 for me. We're thankful for the memories and experiences. Now, we're desert-dwellers while looking for our bicoastal dream. I’m in DTLA most mid-week; Let's meet for a drink if our schedules sync.

We're bidding adieu to our Long Beach life, but we'll always cherish the friendships and memories. Thank you to all for being there for the journey, especially to our Neighbors…you might see us on your porch come Halloween!

LA’s alive with the sunshine, and so are we! We’re excited to be attending the HD City Scene next week in Los Angeles, and we’re looking forward to seeing the hospitality industry for the first time in 2024!
