This was SUCH an experience! 🚴‍♀️✨🤍

I absolutely love going to Mcycle and taking their cycling classes, but when I say this one was a DIFFERENT experience, I mean it!! 🪩🔥 The vibes, the music, the energy, and getting to just let loose, be present, and have fun while moving my body… I loved every second of it!

A HUGE shoutout to @jvssicaamorales for gifting me the ticket! 🥹🫶🏼 I had no idea this was happening until she messaged me asking, “Kim, do you want the ticket?” And honestly… YES. YES, I DO. 😂💗 So glad I got to experience this!

And can we talk about how Mcycle has the CUTEST little shop dog?! 🐶🥹 Literally the cherry on top!

If you’re looking for good vibes, amazing music, a fun workout, and the cutest furry friend, you NEED to check out Mcycle! Trust me, it’s so much more than just a cycling class. 🤍🚴‍♀️✨

3 things that helped me break out of the cage:

1. Stopped waiting for permission. You don’t need permission, you need to take action.

2. Got comfortable being uncomfortable. Every good thing I have in my life came after I decided to be brave. Do it scared, do it uncomfortable.

3. Stopped letting my thoughts define my limits. Train your mind, it’s your most powerful tool. Just because I thought I couldn’t, didn’t mean I couldn’t.

I went to a @mcyclestudios spin class yesterday morning.

My instructor @benjaartist_ suggested we do a pillow fight for the accountability photo. So we did … full on! It was so much fun!

That pillow fight reminded me that our energy is a choice. The 10.0 version of you does not white-knuckle your way through life. When you find the people and the moments that make the hard stuff feel like play, we push harder than we would on our own. As a leader this is the kind of accountability I love to create in my personal and professional life.

Make the workout fun. Make the work fun. Make the hard season fun wherever you can. It is all available to YOU.

24 hours. Carb Load. Run. No Sleep. Repeat. 🔁⚡️🏁

Running through the dark, heat, mud, and thunderstorms. Testing your mind when your body is begging you to stop. Watching your teammate cross the finish line while you turn around and send another off in down pouring rain or a trail full of a mud slip and slide at 1 am!

and that’s the RAGNAR RACE BABY 🏁⚡️🏔️ ATHLETE SHIT!

7 years of loud music, heavy resistance, sweaty hugs & a whole lotta magic 🩵✨

crazy how a room full of bikes can become one of your favorite places in the entire world, and somewhere along the way, it became so much more than just a workout. the people, the energy, the friendships, the feeling of walking out those doors better than I walked in… there’s nothing like it.

7 years, 700+ rides, and approximately zero plans to stop being completely obsessed with it.

happy birthday to my happy place. 7 looks damn good on you, @mcyclestudios 🫶🏼
