I would like to take this moment to send the biggest appreciation to our Friendsmas Partners and Family for their amazing work and for holding things down from the very beginning. The day would’ve not been what it was if it wasn’t for your hard work, passion for what you do and dedication. We did that 🙏🏼🌸🫶🏼

Birthday Studio Shoot Preps BTS @mdavidza
I prepped this setup in the studio for a client, only to find out I have the wrong date 😂🥲. So I started taking pictures after clearing that up on a call with the client, hope you enjoy this BTS dump.

THE EARTH SPEAKS

A grounded celebration of flavour, texture, and colour. Beetroot reimagined in three expressions, paired with deep, earthy notes and a touch of elegance on the plate. A tribute to nature’s bold simplicity.

T A S T E O F C O L O U R

This past Wednesday, I had the joy of curating a menu for a night immersed in art, emotion, and expression. Every plate was a tribute to the creativity in the room, unfolding in three parts : The First Strokes, The Heart of the Canvas, and The Final Detail.

From the very first bite to the last spoonful, each dish was crafted to echo the theme of the evening - bold, thoughtful, and full of story. An unforgettable night of flavour and feeling. 🎨✨

The Best Beef Lasagna

Layers of love, slow-cooked to perfection. My rich, cheesy, hearty lasagne — comfort food at its finest. A guaranteed crowd-pleaser, best served with a crisp garden salad and beautifully grilled tenderstem broccoli. 🍝🧀🥦
