BOCUSE D’OR NEDERLAND | VAKMANSCHAP ERKEND Een prachtige Michelin-dag voor Bocuse d’Or Nederland. #bocusedoreurope #svhmeesterkok #michelinguide

The final creations of Bocuse d’Or Netherlands 🇳🇱 have a soft, refined appearance. We developed these molds together with Jet Loos and Marco Poldervaart, down to every detail. These molds are now available on the webshop, and 2 more will follow. A delicate tartelette topped with a crisp, airy tuile and an elegant miniature cone, finished with decorative touches of gold leaf surrounding the dessert.

Early this year, we had the opportunity to support Team Bocuse d’Or Netherlands in the development of silicone molds for the Bocuse d’Or Europe competition in Marseille, held on March 15 and 16, 2026. Looking back on this collaboration, it marked an important moment in how we approach the development of new mold types. In close collaboration with Jet Loos and Marco Poldervaart, we explored and created a range of new molds tailored to the demands of the competition. In this video, Jet Loos shares her experience of the collaboration, alongside a glimpse of the dishes presented during the competition. Several of these molds have since been introduced into our webshop, making them available beyond the competition setting.

Marcel de Leeuw. One of the faces at our Chef’s Table. The Chef’s Table at Vermeer offers a seat inside the kitchen. Close to the pass, where dishes take shape and service unfolds. For @vinibaquero, this evening carried more meaning. Marcel was one of the people who taught him how to cook, and how to enjoy life along the way. A culinary mind, full of knowledge, curiosity, and character. A pleasure to have him at the table. Interested in joining us at the Chef’s Table? Send us a DM.

@bocusedor | 📸 @buro_food Official partners: • Bidfood | @bidfoodnl • Gastvrij Rotterdam | @gastvrijrotterdam • Kia - De Beer | @autobedrijfdebeer • Le Nouveau Chef | @lenouveauchef • Hotel Okura Amsterdam | @hotel_okura_amsterdam • MASCOT | @mascotworkwear • CHAMPAGNE POMMERY | @champagnepommery • Legends Lounge | @legendsloungenl • BRITA | @brita.nederland • Koppert Cress | @koppertcress • SVH | @svh_hospitality • VanDrie Group | @vandrie_group • Raspberry Craft | @reina_pruijs • Spijker en Co | @spijkerenco • François Geurds Group | @francoisgeurdsgroup • ‘t Havenmantsje | @thavenmantsje • BCBG media @bcbg_magazine • Devapo | @devapogroup • ATL Seafood | @atl_seafood • Convotherm | @convotherm_official • Platez Ceramics | @platezceramics • Toolculinair | @toolculinair #roadtolyon #bocusedor #teamnl #sirh
