It has been a week since wrapping up my time with Mamma Mia and I’m struggling to come up with a post to sum up what being a part of this tour has meant to me. What a dream come true! First, for those of you confused as to why my time with tour is over, I was a temporary replacement, meaning I was always only contracted for three months, and though those three months on the island came and went way too fast, I am beyond grateful for every moment I got to spend with this remarkable company. It has been an absolute gift to get to perform a show every night that brings so much joy. I was in constant awe that I got to do this as a job. My last few weeks in the show were an absolute whirlwind with some high highs and low lows and through it all I cannot even begin to describe how loved, supported, and celebrated I felt by this company. A group of people who bonded together city by city and show by show. I’m so grateful that they all are in my life. TEAM! So, Mamma Mia, while I hope this isn’t the last time I have you in my life, let me just say for now, thank you for the adventure, thank you for the joy, and of course… thank you for the music! #mammamia.
