My heart is so full. 🥹🖤🩷💜

I just want to say THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart to everyone who took time out of their busy lives to celebrate my birthday with me. And to those who couldn’t make it, please know I completely understand,I know your heart, and I felt your love just the same. 🫶🏾

Thank you for every text, call, post, message, gift, hug, prayer, and birthday wish. From my clients, friends, gym family, and my actual family, I truly love and appreciate every single one of you. 🩷💜🖤

The last year and a half has challenged me in ways I never expected, so this birthday meant a little more. After everything I’ve been through, I don’t take life, love, friendship, or simply being here for granted anymore. 🙏🏾

Sometimes I ask God, “How did I get so blessed to have so many beautiful souls in my life?” I truly believe each of you was placed in my life for a reason. You’ve encouraged me, prayed for me, checked on me, made me laugh, supported me, and helped carry me through some of my hardest moments.

I wouldn’t have made it without my village. 🖤💜🩷
So this birthday wasn’t just about celebrating another year, it was about celebrating LIFE, love, gratitude, and the people who helped me get here.

Chapter 44, I’m beyond grateful to see you. 🥹🙏🏾♌️

Thank you for loving me, supporting me, and being part of my journey. I love you all more than you know. 🖤💜🩷

4th with friends! I missed pics with several, but still had an absolute blast hanging out with some of the best people ever, until Mother Nature gave us all the finger.

Sample Triad 2025! I thought I’d beat the crowd by showing up as soon as it opened…and I was blown away by how many people were already there! This was my first one to attend and I could’ve stayed all day if I didn’t have family plans. But to see my friends, make some new ones, and get some cool stuff made for an epic start to a Saturday.

Huge thank you to everyone involved in such a great event! This is what the fitness community here in OKC is all about! And, knowing me, there were a few pics I forgot to take and some people that I wanted to meet that were busy and I didn’t want to interrupt. Next time for sure!

Gym family day! There’s never a dull moment when I meet these two crazy ones and let them destroy my legs. The work gets done and we still manage to act like children. I’m sure tomorrow I’ll tell a different side of the story while I’m unable to walk, but I loved every minute today.

Not pictured: getting to see my dudes @bakerjr88 and @benny_gainz_actual! Always great getting to hug you dudes and catch up!

I really do have the best friends ever.

The grand opening party at @triadfsn in Edmond was a blast! I got to hug some friends and get some really cool stuff! The supplements they sell are great, but the people are best you’ll ever find. They’re kind, caring, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and just plain cool. Great seeing you all today!!

There are friends, there is family and then there are friends that become family. Good friends are like chosen family! So grateful for my chosen tribe!! Thank you for celebrating my birthday with me!!

Since it looks like 2.0 is here to stay, time to bring back some good memories. 🙂 Repost from an awesome pool gathering from July 4th! Great times with great friends! And yes I’m sure I missed a pic or two. #poolparty #thebestoffriends #happy4thofjuly
