⚔️🔥 Fearless women warriors are rising through the ancient Indian martial art of Kalaripayattu.

With every stance, strike, and movement, they build confidence, discipline, strength, and an unshakable warrior mindset. Guided by tradition and empowered by inner power, these women prove that true strength comes from within. 🪷

Kalaripayattu is more than self-defense—it is a journey of transformation for the mind, body, and spirit.

What is a warrior?

For me warrior is someone who keeps the community safe, who protects the weaker, fights against injustice and is strong in their own mind.

Warrior does not mean there is no kindness, it's the opposite. Warriors are loving, humble and kind to others, they don't need to prove themselves to others because they already know where they stand. Yet they can be as fierce as lion mom protecting their cubs when it's needed.

I believe everyone has a warrior seed inside of them, it's just matter of when and how it's being awaken. Grateful for this opportunity to set a fire on my spirit once again.

I’d never thought about the lotus flower before... Why would a lotus flower hide in the forest? I couldn’t stop thinking about her.🪷🤍

Basically, Life of Pi is about a kid named Pi who grows up in a zoo in India, practicing three different religions because he just “wants to love God.” Things get wild when his family tries to move to Canada and their ship sinks in the Pacific.

Pi ends up stuck on a lifeboat for 227 days with a 450-pound Bengal tiger named Richard Parker. To stay alive, he has to ditch his pacifist ways, learn to fish, and figure out how to coexist with a predator that could eat him at any second.

Eventually, they wash up in Mexico, the tiger disappears into the woods without even a “thank you,” and Pi is left to explain what happened. When people don’t buy the tiger story, he tells a much darker, “human” version of the events.

The big takeaway? It’s all about perspective. The book asks you: Which story do you prefer? The one with the tiger or the one without? It’s a deep dive into how we use storytelling and faith to survive the impossible.

Some pongala clicks🪷🤌🏻

From different islands, regions, and languages yet standing side by side like one family. 🌺

At Agasthyam Kalari, our residential students came together to offer Pongala with smiles, shared laughter, and quiet devotion. Inspired by the sacred spirit of Attukal, every handful of rice, every stir of the pot carried warmth — not just of fire, but of togetherness.

Different mother tongues.
Different cultural stories.
One courtyard. One prayer. One Devi.🙏🏻

In white kasavu and golden sunlight, what we truly celebrated was unity where friendship felt like family and devotion felt like home. ✨
