Dear Berlin,
you gave me an angel : Alexander.
At the exact moment everything collapsed, he opened his door without hesitation.

When the internship was canceled at the very last minute or maybe what really got canceled were all the plans I had built in my head, all the scenarios i imagined, the moment I booked my flight to India.

Wheelhaus studio welcomed me in with a smile.

And from the very first moment, I felt at home.
My fears disappeared within seconds.

I remember arriving at the studio before Alex
because he’s always on time.
At least in theory.
In practice? No commentt.

That quiet, rare kind of safety that settles in your body without asking questions.

I will never forget the laughter at the studio.
The kind that makes your stomach hurt.
Clay everywhere.
Deep conversations about art, life, fear, freedom.
All of this while
Creating, questioning, looking at my art pieces from every fucking possible angle.
Comment it, analyse it, while being triggered by my own art, then healed by it in an instant.
I touched matter again.
Ceramics brought me back to earth literally.

I danced.
I danced with people I barely spoke to, people I may never see again
Those eyes contact are still in my heart.
I sang.
I met incredible facilitators.
I cried.
I rode my bike through the city listening to classical music.
I doubted, a lot.

I went to the markets every weekend.
I rested.
I rested my mind.
Having no fixed schedules for 3 month was making so much space for self love ❤️‍🩹
