🎸 SLOW ACCORDION — WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 21 @ 7PM 🎸 TONIGHT at Eddie’s! Tickets are almost gone, so grab yours now. Slow Accordion is a brand new improvised instrumental quartet from Nashville featuring Oliver Wood of The Wood Brothers, Ted Pecchio on bass, Mark Raudabaugh on drums, and Matt Glassmeyer on his own strange Wurlitzer. Their debut album was completely improvised and recorded to analog tape. No plans, no concepts, just four friends conjuring music out of thin air. No two nights will ever sound the same, so don’t miss this one. And sadly, no accordions will be heard. 😉 📍 Eddie’s Attic | Decatur, GA 📅 Wednesday, October 21 🕗 7:00 PM Tickets at eddiesattic.com — link in bio. #eddiesattic #slowaccordion #thewoodbrothers #livemusic #decatur

🎸 SLOW ACCORDION — WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 21 @ 7PM 🎸 At Eddie’s next Wednesday, we got a good one & tickets are moving quite fast, so don’t wait too long... Slow Accordion is a brand new instrumental, improvised quartet from Nashville featuring Oliver Wood of The Wood Brothers, far out grooving bassist Ted Pecchio (Colonel Bruce Hampton, Doyle Bramhall), magically versatile drummer Mark Raudabaugh (Sierra Hull, Jim Lauderdale), and Matt Glassmeyer on his own strange Wurlitzer (Lambchop, Billy Martin). Their debut album on Royal Potato Family Records was completely improvised and recorded to analog tape, right down to the tape running out halfway through the closing track. No plans, no concepts, just four friends conjuring music out of thin air in the moment. Every night is a one of one, and you’ll want to be in the room for it. And sadly, no accordions will be heard. 😉 📍 Eddie’s Attic | Decatur, GA 📅 Wednesday, October 21 🕗 7:00 PM Tickets at eddiesattic.com — link in bio. #eddiesattic #slowaccordion #thewoodbrothers #livemusic #decatur

🎸 SLOW ACCORDION — WEDNESDAY, OCT 21 @ 7PM 🎸 Oliver Wood... yes THE OLIVER WOOD!! wanted to say a few words — so, honestly, this video alone should tell you all you need to know about this show & your plans the week of October 21, trust Slow Accordion is a brand new instrumental quartet out of Nashville, and the lineup is genuinely something special. Oliver Wood of The Wood Brothers on guitar, Ted Pecchio (Colonel Bruce Hampton, Doyle Bramhall) on bass, Mark Raudabaugh (Sierra Hull, Fred Wesley) on drums, and Matt Glassmeyer on his own strange Wurlitzer. Four friends, no preconceived ideas, just music conjured completely out of thin air. Their debut album on Royal Potato Family Records was fully improvised and recorded analog — right down to the tape running out mid-song on the closing track. That's the kind of night this is going to be. (And no, there will be no accordion.) 📍 Eddie's Attic | Decatur, GA 📅 Wednesday, October 21st 🕖 7PM Tickets at eddiesattic.com — link in bio. #eddiesattic #slowaccordion #oliverwood #livemusic #decatur

You heard the man! Join us in the Listening Room for Slow Accordion on Tuesday, November 3rd! Tickets at AyurPranaListeningRoom.com 🎟️ Slow Accordion is a brand-new instrumental, improvised quartet from Nashville featuring acclaimed guitarist Oliver Wood (The Wood Brothers), groove-driven bassist Ted Pecchio (Colonel Bruce Hampton, Doyle Bramhall), versatile drummer Mark Raudabaugh (Sierra Hull, Jim Lauderdale, Fred Wesley), and Matt Glassmeyer, a fixture of the New York and Nashville improvised music scenes, performing on his own wonderfully strange Wurlitzer (Meadownoise, Lambchop, Billy Martin, Aqua Teen Hunger Force). Their debut album, due out July 16 on Royal Potato Family Records, is a seven-track collection that was completely improvised and recorded entirely in analog—from the first note to the tape literally running out halfway through the closing track. The four longtime friends came together with no preconceived ideas or compositions, simply trusting the moment to conjure music out of thin air. One final note: despite the band’s name, there are, regrettably, no accordions to be heard. @oliverwoodmusic @meadownoise @tedpecchio @raudabaugh1 @royalpotatofamily #livemusicasheville #ayurpranalisteningroom #asheville #slowaccordion
