🏃‍♀️ Welcome to Transcend, Meadow Schafer!

🚀 Day 1 is all about setting the baseline for your athletic journey.

We kicked things off with a full evaluation to measure explosive power and speed:

💥 Vertical Jump - Assessing lower-body power and explosiveness.

📏 Broad Jump - Gauging horizontal force and coordination.

🔄 5-10-5 Shuttle - Testing agility and quick change-of-direction skills.

⚡ Short Accelerations - Measuring your ability to explode out of the blocks.

🏁 Top Speed - Clocking your max velocity to dominate the field.

These metrics are the foundation of a personalized training plan, helping us track your progress, optimize performance, and push your limits.
