looking GOOD ladies!!! Our @iuchaarg_cycling team CRUSHED Little 500 for their first time - at 20th place! For an all rookie team, I think that’s pretty outstanding. - and it’s only up from here. 🚴🏻‍♀️❤️

A message from Meagan Rosenfeld, our out-going 2023-2024 Ambassador: “Chaarg has been the highlight of my college experience. It’s where I’ve met my best friends and where I found my passion for fitness after sports in high school. Throughout college my body, interests, and my friends have changed, but CHAARG was always constant.

The message of CHAARG is to “find your fit”. And I remember the moment I found what that was for me. After discovering The Hot Room at a weekly workout, I took a risk and invested in my health for the first time by becoming a member, and it made me fall in love with yoga. Yoga has gotten me through hard times and helped me celebrate my biggest wins. Later I took on a part time job working at this studio and my world was opened into an entirely new community.

It was not until this change did I truly understand the meaning of CHAARG. Chaarg is not just about trying fun activities, it’s a lifestyle of investing in yourself to become the best version of you.

During my time at Indiana CHAARG:
⁃ VP Media 2022-2023
⁃ Ambassador 2023-2024
⁃ Founded the first CHAARG little 500 team
⁃ Organized the first CHAARG retreat
⁃ Ran with CHAARG run club
⁃ Biked 64 miles with BGSU CHAARG for Dance Marathon
⁃ And I am now working for National CHAARG as a Chapter Leadership Consultant for Penn State, Iowa State, University of Iowa, and West Chester University.”
