As the first Chapter of my Alaskan story comes to an end I am beyond grateful for @fishthenush and the opportunity they blessed me with. For all of the amazing people I met and had the privilege of working along side of. Still in absolute awe of how amazing Gods creation is and how he has worked in my life to make this all possible!

No one knows better how to dress when fishing in the Alaska bush than our lead guide Joaquin Capelle (@joaquincapelle). He was born and raised in Argentina, where he developed a lifelong passion for fishing and hunting. Today, when he’s not guiding on the Nushagak, Joaquin guides fly fishing and hunting excursions in both Argentina and the U.S. Learn more about Joaquin at https://fishthenush.com/guides/joaquin-capelle/. #alaskafishing #nushagakriver #salmonfishing #bristolbay #layerup

After four years with Fish The Nush @meagan.holtz, Hospitality Manager, will bid us farewell at the end of this season to pursue her PhD in Occupational Therapy. Meagan is the “glue” that holds our lodge together, overseeing housekeeping, merch sales and assisting Chef Chris in the kitchen. Congratulations, Meagan, on your recent graduation from @northdakotastateuni and acceptance into a very competitive PhD program. We are so proud of you! fishthenush.com #alaskafishingtrip #nushagakriver #salmonfishing #bristolbay alaska
