You complete me in ways that only God himself knew I wasn’t capable of doing on my own…Bringing me into a new way of thinking when needed, clarity in a situation when not fully seen, an ear to listen in the depths of frustration and stress, words spoken with support and encouragement, a shoulder when emotions seem to be out of order, and a heart that reminds me that not am I only good enough to be chosen, but seen each and every day
I love you and can’t thank you enough for sharing this life with me and blessing our kids with the mother that you are. My Wife, My Rib

There’s something about dental hygiene conferences that just fill my cup ✨

I love spending time connecting with colleagues and friends, meeting new friends, learning from the absolute best in the industry, and trying all the new products.

If there’s anything I’ve learned in my time as a dental hygienist it’s to not underestimate the value of investing in yourself. Whether that means your chairside set up, your educational pursuits, or your career moves…Invest in that future you.

Whether it’s your time, your finances, or your energy. An investment in yourself now is a deposit for that future YOU 🫶

Thank you @youradha for helping me fill my cup this weekend 🫶

🚨 Dental hygienists, report to the comments! 🚨

I assigned every birth month a dental hygienist personality… and some of these are a little too accurate. 😂🦷

✨ Find your month
💕 Tag a coworker
👀 Tell me which one I should add next

I’m June, so obviously I’m the SRP Queen. 👑

What’s your month? 💕 #DentalHygienist #RDHLife #DentalHumor #DentalCommunity #HygienistLife

💙 ELEVATE WEEK 2 FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS 💙
Honoring Those Who Protect and Care for Our Community

As we head into Week 2 of the Open, we’re recognizing the men and women in our gym who show up when people need it most.

Healthcare workers.
Therapists.
Dental professionals.
Firefighters.
First responders.

You step into long shifts, hard conversations, emergencies, uncertainty, and then you still show up here and give your best.
The way you care for others outside these walls strengthens this community inside them.

This week, we wear BLUE to represent those who protect, respond, and heal!!

🕟 4:30 PM – Movement standards + workout brief
🕔 5:00 PM – Heats begin
Rolling through the evening as needed.

Wear BLUE 💙
Cheer LOUD!!
Take care of each other the way you take care of everyone else. It's WEEK TWO and WE'RE still fired up!! Let’s go! 💪🏼

Mija,
The relationship we hold is not like most…
You chose to accept me as your Dad but before you could do that I had to show I had the ability to be a key piece of a solid and steady foundation that your mother ideally had for you 11yrs ago. While you were 7yrs old your mother gave me that very opportunity, but I knew it would take more than that in order to not only win her heart but yours. In the process I gained a best friend for life, and daughter, along with becoming a Father, and better man. Happy 18th birthday, and if you can change the entire life of one old stubborn man I can’t wait to see what you do with the world at your fingertips. I thank god everyday for you allowing me to take part in your story

This weekend @thefittestexperience was one to remember and to celebrate!! Proud is an understatement, as I watch athletes battle not only physically, mentally and emotionally, but also step out of comfort zones and exploit strengths and overcome weaknesses as teams and individuals. Not only that but the support from each other and our Elevate Crew Fam is unmatched!!

🥇Great big shout out to our girls team for finishing in a spectacular fashion in 1st place
Our guys team and pro individual athletes finishing in the top ten and our other athletes showing heart, stepping up to the challenge and pushing themselves past comfort.

3 months at @elevateabilene and the progress is progressing:

✨ Down 3% body fat
✨ Up 1 lb lean body mass

New skills unlocked:
• Strict handstand push-ups (with 1 mat!)
• Toes-to-bar (10+ in a row)
• Single muscle-ups (!!)
And overall movement just feels smoother — even wall walks… my sworn enemy.

I’m coming for linked muscle-ups, butterfly C2B, and handstand walks next. It’s only a matter of time.

I truly feel the most in-shape I’ve ever been, and there’s still so much room to grow. 2026 is about to be wild.

Huge thank you to the coaching staff and the Elevate community and my best friend for pushing me, cheering for me, and believing in me every step of the way. 🤍🔥🫶🏼
