We go through many phases in our life, all amazing and each with their respective emotions. As a parent, celebrating life is just the beginning - what an exciting Blessed Day! Over the years, Taylor has trained me to appreciate each and every day, witnessing all of her amazing talents and all that she accomplishes. It's because of her (and our kids in general) that we do things we never thought in our lifetime we would do (like coaching, getting pulled behind a boat on a tube, crying for the silliest things, etc.).

This weekend, we moved her into her dorm at LSU. How bittersweet it was! It was definitely a way harder goodbye for the 4 of us, harder than I ever expected. However, I'm comforted knowing what life's experiences brought to me at LSU and how God was there for me then through all the hard times of being away from family. We are so very proud of everything she's accomplished so far, and know this is just the beginning. I'm so grateful for all the memories she's helped us make and how she's changed me over the last 18 years! I'm confident she will do great!

Beyond the years and emotions, yesterday was a day to celebrate, a day to cherish, a day to be proud of! Love you Taylor and #GeauxTigers !
