I’M STILL TRYING TO PROCESS WHAT HAPPENED LAST NIGHT… 😭🏆

I was named 2026 Real Producers ESPE LEADER OF THE YEAR as a Broker, recognizing leadership across the DFW real estate industry!!!

I was in COMPLETE SHOCK. I didn’t even prepare a speech because I genuinely didn’t think I would win. 😂 I was a finalist of 4 and up against some of the biggest names in our industry!

Almost 3 years ago we launched Elite Real Estate with a vision and a whole lot of faith. Today, we’re almost 250 agents strong, growing weekly, and home to some of the best and highest producers in DFW, and somehow I’m standing on that stage receiving LEADER OF THE YEAR!

GOD HAS BEEN SO GOOD & FAITHFUL TO US!

What made the night even more special was seeing so many of our Elite agents in that room, recognized among the top producers and leaders in a market of over 60,000 agents. I was SO PROUD!

To my Elite family… I know my name is on this award, but I wouldn’t be here without YOU. You trusted me, believed in the vision, and helped build what Elite is today.

WE’VE GROWN TOGETHER, and I’m so grateful I get to do this with you. It’s been my greatest honor to serve you all!

To my beautiful wife, Esther… you’ve been beside me through every season of building this thing. You’ve believed in me, prayed with me, and supported me through it all. I love you, babe. This win is ours. ❤

To everyone who voted and supported me, THANK YOU!!!

Sometimes I still look around and think, how is this my life?

I’m just a girl who learned that the gifts God gave me could be used to serve people and somehow by the Lord’s grace, I get to call that my career. Real estate has stretched me, humbled me, and required more from me than most people will ever see. So being in a room like this and being recognized as a Top 500 agent felt really special.

Not because the title is everything but because it gave me a moment to stop, celebrate how far I’ve come and see just how faithful the Lord has been.

Thank you @dfwrealproducers for such an amazing night, for honoring us, celebrating us and filling our cups up.

A special shoutout to my mentor @michellewylie_brokerassociate Thank you for believing in me, challenging me to keep growing and being an example of what it looks like to do everything with excellence. I wouldn’t be the agent or leader I am today without the way you’ve poured into me.

And the biggest thank you goes to my clients. LITERALLY None of this happens without the people who trust me with some of the biggest decisions of their lives.

I’m so grateful for this career, this industry, and every person I get to run alongside. ❤️‍🔥

To be recognized among the 250 top producers in a market of over 60,000 is actually mind-blowing. Every scrap of the glory and honor belongs to the Lord. 🙌🏼

2026 has been one of the most transformative years of my life.

In a church small group setting, I shared that I knew the Lord was taking me somewhere this year, but I had no idea WHERE He was leading me or WHAT that actually meant. If I’m being honest, it was a pretty scary feeling. Even though I’ve been walking with the Lord my whole life, not being in control never initially feels secure. Regardless, I just kept telling myself, “Whatever He’s about to do, I know it’s going to be good.”

We still have about a quarter of the year left, but I can already say this year has marked me and my walk with the Lord in such a powerful way. My business has transformed, yet continued to grow. My love for creativity has re-emerged. And my pursuit of the Kingdom has never been more fierce.

2027 will be a year of MULTIPLICATION. I’m ready for it.

In an industry that can so easily become competitive and isolating, you’ve created a space where collaboration and connection are celebrated. That is no small thing, and I’m incredibly grateful to be a part of it. 🤍

Good food and great company! I checked out Eatzi’s Market & Bakery with my good friend and fellow Realtor, and the options were endless! I went with the chicken Caesar wrap and when I tell you this thing was HUGE!
