“How’s everyone feeling?”

Ciera’s glasses are upside down. Meaghan’s on the floor.

Me: “Positive energy. I LOVE IT.” 😂😂

Are we thriving? Yes.
Are we also possibly hanging on by a thread? Also yes. 💀

We work HARD around here. Some days we’re organized, some days we’re spinning, and some days apparently we’re just… on the floor. 😂

But even on the craziest days, we genuinely love what we do, who we do it with, and the people we get to help every day. 🤍

When you call it a “work day” but it’s really just an 8-hour play date with responsibilities. 😂

Meaghan & Ciera saying goodbye after spending the ENTIRE day together like they’re being separated for war. 😭🤝

See you tomorrow, bestie. Stay strong. 😂

When someone says,
‘Wow… you’re way nicer than the last person I spoke to.’

…And you WERE the last person they spoke to.

Yeah.
You might wanna check yourself real quick. We don’t play attitude at Infinite.

Everyone loves to say “no one is coming to save you.”

Maybe.
But my best friend?
She’s absolutely showing up with solid advice, iced coffee, a charged phone, and a level of loyalty that should honestly be studied. 😂

Some people have survival mode.
Some of us have one friend who refuses to let us drown. #JamieMaltabes #infinitemedicalgroup

Some people bring solutions.
Ciera brings chaos, loyalty, and emotional support with a lighter fluid energy. 😂

Honestly wouldn’t survive half these days without this crew. #InfiniteMedicalGroup #JamieMaltabes #OfficeHumor #WorkBestie #ClinicLife

✨ Lessons with Lenora ✨

Today’s lesson? Pink LLA isn’t about changing your face… it’s about rebuilding what time slowly takes away. 💉

We’re treating Meaghan’s FULL face to target:
▫️Skin texture
▫️Pore size
▫️Fine lines + aging
▫️Collagen loss
▫️Overall skin quality + firmness

This is one of those treatments where the magic happens over time. Pink LLA works by stimulating your own collagen, meaning the skin gradually becomes smoother, tighter, healthier, and more youthful-looking from within.

And honestly… there’s nobody more particular about their face than the girls who work here 😂 If we trust Lenora with ours, that should tell you everything you need to know. 👏

Performed by our Advanced Aesthetic Injector, Lenora ✨

“Can I get a Spanish speaker?”

…say less.

Meyli coming down the hallway like she already knew she was needed 💁🏻‍♀️

At Infinite, we don’t just say we serve our community—we make sure we actually can communicate, connect, and care for every single patient who walks through our doors.

Everyone loves to talk about toxic work environments… I can’t relate.

What we have here feels different.
No tension, no competing energy—just a team that actually shows up for each other. The kind that pushes you to be better, checks in without being asked, and makes sure you’ve eaten when the day gets out of control.

Somewhere in the middle of building this, through the long days and nonstop pace…
it turned into something more than a workplace.

It became a place I feel safe. And that’s not something I take lightly 🤍

Happy Admin Day to two of the women who quite literally keep Infinite running 💁🏻‍♀️

Ciera — assistant manager, problem solver, bilingual queen, and social media guru (hehe but she hates it)

Meaghan — patient concierge, the one who handles anything thrown at her, the one making sure every single patient feels taken care of from the moment they walk in.

We might not have “traditional admin roles” here… but we definitely have the backbone of this place. And that’s you two.

Any excuse to celebrate you — we’ll take it 🤍

Twenty years. That doesn’t even feel real to say out loud.

Meaghan, we didn’t just grow up together… we built each other. Through every phase, every version of ourselves, every high and every low — you’ve been there. Not sometimes. Not when it’s convenient. Always.

We’ve seen each other at our best and at our absolute worst, and somehow, instead of walking away, we chose to stay. That’s rare. That’s real. That’s the kind of friendship people spend their whole lives hoping to find.

You’ve been my constant in a world that’s changed a thousand times. The person who knows my history, my heart, my patterns, my chaos… and still loves me through all of it. No judgment, no conditions — just loyalty, honesty, and love.

We’ve laughed until we couldn’t breathe, cried through things we didn’t think we’d survive, and somehow came out stronger every single time. And now, looking at where we are today — building, growing, evolving — it just hits different knowing we did it side by side.

Twenty years of memories, inside jokes, lessons, growth, and a bond that nothing and no one could ever replace.

You’re not just my best friend. You’re family. You’re a part of who I am.

And no matter where life takes us, what we build, or how much we evolve… one thing will never change — it’s always going to be you and me.

Happy 20 years. I love you more than words will ever fully explain.

There is NOTHING more powerful than watching our own team walk the walk.

Meaghan — our patient concierge — just hit a 50 pound weight loss, and we couldn’t be more proud of her. ❤️

Same shirt… different life. Let that sink in.

When you talk to Meaghan, know this — she’s not just scheduling your appointments… she gets it. She’s been exactly where you are, and she knows how to help guide you to where you want to be.

She is living proof that when you follow the plan, trust the process, and stay consistent… it WORKS.

This is what we do at Infinite. Real people. Real results. Real life change.
