Your protein powder doesn’t have to taste like dessert.

I use Meal Boosters Muscle Booster White Cheddar savory protein powder as a popcorn topper. Lightly spray your popcorn with oil, sprinkle on the powder so it sticks, and toss.

The powder combines whey isolate, beef isolate, and egg white protein, providing 22 grams of complete protein per serving meaning it contains all nine essential amino acids.

If you’re looking for something different from the usual sweet protein powders, this is an easy way to go savory! Link in bio to order. Code JamoFit for 10% off

I had such a great time (as always) joining Phil George on Wellness Wave Radio to talk about a topic I am incredibly passionate about: What Most People Get Wrong About Protein!

And of course, we had to showcase @mealboosters , a company I'm proud to be an affiliate of!

As a nurse and holistic nutritionist, I know that getting adequate nutrition isn't always as simple as knowing what to eat. Sometimes, convenience, appetite, food preferences, and busy schedules get in the way.

That's where Meal Boosters comes in! 💪🏼

Whether you're:

• A busy working professional trying to meet your protein needs and reach your health goals without spending hours in the kitchen.

• A parent with picky eaters looking for simple ways to add more nutrition and variety to family meals.

• A caregiver wanting to help a loved one maintain their strength, support their nutritional reserves, and get more nourishment from the foods they already enjoy.

Meal Boosters offers convenient solutions designed to make better nutrition a little easier! With ingredients you can be proud to serve your family!

I'm a firm believer that nutrition should be practical, approachable, and sustainable. Small improvements to what you're already eating can make a meaningful difference over time.

Catch our conversation on Wellness Wave Radio and learn more about protein, common misconceptions, and why getting enough matters at every stage of life!

🔥 ~160 Calories
💪 15g Protein
🥕 ~17g Carbs
🌾 ~6g Fiber
🥑 ~3g Fat

𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:
🥕 604g fresh carrots, peeled + sliced
🧀 4 Light @thelaughingcowusa cheese wedges
💪 42g (2 servings) @mealboosters Parmesan
✨ 20g nutritional yeast
🧄 2 servings @dorotgardens crushed garlic
🥛 30g @drinknurri 2% Ultra-Filtered Protein Milk
🥄 12g Dijon mustard
🌶️ 1 tsp smoked paprika
🧅 1 tsp onion powder
🌿 ½ tsp thyme
🧂 Salt + pepper, to taste
✨ Cooking spray

𝗗𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦:

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss carrots with cooking spray, smoked paprika, onion powder, thyme, salt + pepper.

2️⃣ Spread on a sheet pan and roast 30–35 minutes, tossing around the 20-minute mark, until browned and very tender.

3️⃣ Add the hot carrots to a food processor with Laughing Cow, Parmesan Meal Boosters, nutritional yeast, garlic + Dijon.

4️⃣ Add 30g Nurri and pulse until creamy but still slightly chunky. Add another 5–10g milk only if needed. Taste + adjust seasonings if needed

✨ 𝗡𝗢 𝗠𝗘𝗔𝗟 𝗕𝗢𝗢𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗦?

That’s a shame, but you can swap the 42g Parmesan Meal Boosters for 42g Kraft grated Parmesan. It’ll still work!

Heres why we ❤️ and use @mealboosters 👀

𝗦𝗔𝗠𝗘 𝟰𝟮𝗚 𝗢𝗙 𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗠𝗘𝗦𝗔𝗡:
💪 Meal Boosters → ~172 cal | 34g protein
🧀 Kraft Parmesan → ~168 cal | ~17g protein

Nearly the same calories, but Meal Boosters gives you about 𝟮𝗫 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗶𝗻 from the Parmesan portion.

That takes the finished carrot mash from roughly:

🧀 Kraft Parmesan → ~11g protein/serving
💪 Meal Boosters → ~15g protein/serving

An easy way to squeeze ~4g more protein into every serving without adding more food. 🙌
