Mean machine boxing is a newer gym in Thousand Oaks, that has 2 owners and a very good foundation in boxing fundamentals.

For me I want to be very good at the technicalities of boxing and also build muscle and lose weight.

I attended their Sunday class at 10:30 AM, so good to know they’re open on the weekend as well

Their workouts are intense ngl, so lots of positives here, honestly the only con is I don’t live closer, they’re about 25 minutes away from Oxnard, Ventura, filmore, etc.
