In 2024, Tour-Maubourg introduced a new live project: the Tour-Maubourg Ensemble. Joined by saxophonist Ismael Ndir and later by drummer Fréjus Méa, the trio explored a more organic approach, blending house productions with jazz influences.

“Opening Theme” perfectly captures that hybrid direction.

is finally out!

Recorded in Brussels at @panoramastudiobxl with @ismael_ndir on saxophone and @meat_at87 on drums, this EP captures the energy of those live moments. Blending jazz, house, and organic textures, this second volume continues the exploration started with the first—going back to the essence of each track, rediscovering its core to reconstruct it in a new form.

I hope you’ll enjoy listening to it as much as we enjoyed creating it. Huge thanks to everyone who made this project possible! @pontneufrecords @noire_x_blanche @cedric.ords @benoit.d_perceptionmastering @dan.lovr

Sabato 18 Maggio

JAZZ ON THE MOVE pt.4 w/ Tour-Maubourg Ensemble
