Chef Cam said it best: “It’s not a me thing, it’s a we thing” - From prep to plating, every detail came together because of a team that moves with trust, focus, and shared purpose. Dinners like this just don’t happen without a kind of unspoken rhythm. (10/10 highly recommended hiring @haleynicolephotos to follow you around for a night)

Last night was a total whirlwind. After more than 48 hours of standing prep work between both teams, months of meetings, and countless moments fueled by laughter and coffee, it all came together in front of you. Can’t thank @full_circle_mhc enough for letting my team and I destroy their kitchen for a night.
