🥩 Plant-Based… with Extra Steps 😌

Vegan: "I soak my quinoa for 12 hours to reduce saponins.”

Me: "I fed my quinoa to a cow for 18 months.”

Vegan: “That’s not how…”

Me: “The cow has four fermentation chambers that processed the antinutrients through 200 litres of specialized bacterial digestion — then converted the amino acids into perfectly bioavailable protein with zero lectins, phytates, or oxalates.”

Vegan: "But…”

Me: "I call it beef.

Pre-digested plant nutrition.
No defensive chemicals.
Highly bioavailable.
Highly recommend. 🥩🔥

Sometimes nature already invented the best system — we just forgot to trust it.

Today’s shenanigans at Kent Mini Meat Up hosted at Girdle Bridge Farm by Lydia @carnivore.bod & Tom.

Organised by Great British Meat Up Founders Carl @the_primal_lifestyle and George Goodenough.

It’s so exciting to be speaking alongside @doctorkiltz who’s flown in from America especially and @theukcarnivore and @kentcarnivore

Great to see so many friends here like @thestrongcarnivoress and @lynne.ellison

The BBC are here filming too.
Trying to answer the question, why are millions of Brits looking to social media for health information…

What a fantastic weekend at the Great British Meat Up at Sourdown Farm with @nickyjanetaylor

Huge congrats to Carl @the_primal_lifestyle and George for pulling off an incredible first event. It was like Glastonbury, but with more meat 🥩.

Speakers including @richard_smith_nutrition, @theukcarnivore, @laurentuckertesting_ , @kentcarnivore and me all sharing our carnivore health journeys.

It’s incredible how a simple diet change can heal so many issues.

Best part?
Finally meeting in real life all the legends we’ve only known through screens @thestrongcarnivoress @carnivore.bod and many, many more.

@carnivoreteacherjohn these are a few snapshots. Professional photos by the amazing @amandaclarkephotography coming soon.

I’m on such a high!

Summer is back!! If even just for a few days but plenty of Real Food Runners took the opportunity to get out to a parkrun a complete another event. Some of us reached some significant milestones with Sally Benatar and Louise Henry running their 50th parkrun, and Slavena Yaneva-Jensen and (me😃) Mark Hancock both running our 350th!!

Lovely meet ups yesterday at Basingstoke parkrun and Southport parkrun. Thank you to everyone for coming along and we hope you really enjoyed your run and coffee/catch up after.

At Basingstoke Public Health Collaboration Director Sam Feltham joined Helen Gowers, Louise Benning, Andrew Scarborough, Olly Leicester, Alex Hancock, and myself. Not only did we complete the course, but Sam got us all star jumping after for a very worthy cause, details to follow.

In Southport, a strong line up of GP Simon Tobin, Linda Wright, Jane Parkinson, and Nicola Lock met up to complete the course and have a good chat afterwards. We hope you had a great time.

Andrew Piper looks great at Sharpham Road Playing Fields parkrun, and Cate Norridge, Mike Granville, Rachael Burns, and Sheila Docker visited Black Park parkrun. Michela Pinchi, Katie Simpson and Alan Peters stayed at home at Maidenhead parkrun and there were celebrations for Michela as she achieved a new Personal Best 👏👏👏

Heidi Cuthbertson visited Dartford Heath parkrun, and Garry Batten ticked another parkrun off at Portsmouth Lakeside parkrun.

Also well done to Natalie Coghlan at Sixfields Upton parkrun, and Pauline Jeffrey at Hogmoor Inclosure parkrun - both achieved new Personal Bests. Fabulous efforts 🙌🙌🙌

Also well done to all our Real Food Runners who completed a parkrun yesterday including Pj Lightning, Maria Cantea, Alison Hitchings, Clive Morrison, Maria Vicary, Frank Murray, Olivia Unwin, Dwayne Bartram, Jean-Patrick Judson, Strawberry Fox, Slavena Yaneva-Jensen, Elena Newell, Tim Newton, Laminn-Thaynt McMahon, Dot Greaves and Valerie Lee 👍
