#NWA My long-awaited ‘Piece Unique’ SpaceOne Tellurium with a black Aventurine dial and polished titanium case just arrived. A tellurium’s astronomical display visualizes the Earth’s orbit around the Sun and the Moon’s orbit around the Earth, so it seemed fitting to me that the backdrop should be space-like black Aventurine. I’ve paired it with a ‘black diamond’ Wagyu strap by @terrycrafted from the Monochrome-Watches.com web store.

It’s always a risk when you make your own aesthetic decisions for a unique piece, but I couldn’t be more satisfied with how this watch turned out. Thank you Theo Auffret and loris_danger_horloger!

Grid, with a dial in black and complex accentuated orange, is reminiscent of the warm orange glow that many large cities emit at night. Seen from above, the amber light flowing along the streets forms a luminous grid. The world time clock shows 24 time zones at a glance and has a 24-hour day and night display for a second time zone.
