One of my biggest pet peeves is being late. “Early is on time, on time is late, and late is unacceptable.”

But running this business has taught me patience and, honestly, how to better handle anxiety. Every time I turn around to a crowd and have to personally apologize because we are starting late—or we are starting to sell out, and people are still waiting—I get nervous. Imagine the faces of hungry people with all eyes on you waiting for the announcement your about to make.

I expect nothing but the best from myself, so moments like that are hard for me. But I’ve learned that there are factors you simply can’t control. What you can control is how you handle them, communicate, and keep moving forward.

So, from the bottom of my heart, thank you for your patience, your understanding, your time, and your continued support. I appreciate you more than you know. 🩷🩷
