We’re headlining @theroxy in Los Angeles, CA on November 2nd! @GOLDENVOICE presents @fiveheadedcobra with @hotcrazyband & @twomanriot. Tickets are on sale now. INFO & TICKET LINK IN MY BIO! Some of y’all have been wondering what I’ve been up to the past few years outside of session gigs, hired gun gigs, and motorcycles... this is @fiveheadedcobra. I didn’t want to be in just another band, so when some of the heaviest hitters in the LA music scene asked me to be their guitar player, I was beyond stoked. We’ve been diligently working in the shadows, writing and recording several dozen songs that will push your back up against the nearest wall. Our debut music video “Screaming From The Mountain” hits the world on September 13th followed by the audio release a week later. Get ready. 🤘😈

Let’s be real, nowadays, we truly live on our phones. They have everything we need, with the touch of the finger! Back in the day, you had to answer the phone in whatever room you were in and couldn’t leave, bring a camera, everywhere, buy tons of disposable cameras and video, well that was rare! I was so in the moment, yesterday, that I didn’t even take one picture! Thank God for this pesky tech or I would only have to rely on my memory! LOL 😂 #bestkindofnaughty

The Apartment (2012 - 2014) . It was a difficult transition as I closed up the studio and moved from the old house to a two bedroom apartment. It was especially difficult for the kitties who had so much safe outdoor space to play in, and were now stuck inside most of the time. . A few months after we had moved into the apartment, Shorty’s curiosity got the better of her and she escaped out of a window in the middle of the night. After finding her missing in the morning I put everything on hold and searched incessantly for her over the next three weeks. I remember crying so hard as I walked in the pouring rain putting up missing cat posters. We followed leads that never led to her, and all the while I felt an immense sense of loss and regret. After a month we assumed the worst and we had to try and move on. . But one evening eight weeks later, we were sitting outside and Gonzo bolted across the street. I chased after him and then I heard it...The little peeping coming from a black shadow. I nearly fell to the ground as Shorty had found her way home 60 days after leaving. . A few months later I made my first in roads towards LA, and I was so grateful that Bryce was there to take of them while I explored new territory and met my new partner in crime. . Over the next year we all became a great team, and Shorty’s playfulness and uplifting spirit helped Gretchen and I grow from a sense of loss into a new chapter of possibilities. . . #cats #catsofinstagram #cats_of_instagram #catstagram #catslife #vancity #vancouver #moving #movingforward #lost #found #adventure #apartment #up #inspiration #inspirational #bestfriend #bestfriends #love #truelove #forever
