Jerom at ICN Nationals.

🥇 1st in Rookie
🥈 2nd in Novice

He came to me after his first show at States, and we had a few weeks to bring him in better. He followed the plan to the letter. The peak went to plan and the look on the day was perfect.

Now it’s recovery: back on macros, back to normal life, back with his family.

Proud coach.

DM me if you want to be next.

If you're not a natural bodybuilding athlete and you are not using @medibolic's Heart & Liver and Kidney Support Stack, I would strongly urge you to re-consuder that decision.

Even if you are a natural bodybuilding athlete, the wear and tear on your body is enough to justify using this stack.

Really awesome stuff.

A massive thank you to @hotspotcompetitiontanning for stepping in on behalf of my official sponsor, @protan_official. 🙏💪

Only a couple of hours away from stepping on stage with @timgardnerproductions! 🔥🏆

This is my 8th consecutive show, back to back, and my coach @moroccan.sniper has had me in peak condition every single time. His attention to detail is second to none, and I’m incredibly grateful for the work we continue to put in together. 👊

Now, let’s see if the head judge favours this physique on the day. I’ve done my part, put in the work, and brought the best package I possibly can.

The rest is out of my hands. I’ll leave it to the man above. 🙏⬆️

Time to step on stage and do what I came here to do! 💯🔥

Confession: i'm lazy when it comes to supplements lol. I used to have a shelf full of bottles and i'd forget to take half of them 🤣

Now two from @medibolic do the heavy lifting: heart & kidney support and liver support. Two bottles instead of a whole shelf. Even i can manage that.

Frankie has also given them the tick of approval 🐾

If you want to try them, my code MIKAELA10 gets you a little something off 🫶

This message is for anyone who’s ever been knocked down, counted out, or told to give up. GET BACK UP. 🐺

Never quit, no matter how hard life gets. You have no idea what’s waiting for you on the other side of the struggle. The pain, the setbacks, the losses — they’re not the end of your story.

Losing doesn’t make you a loser. Giving up does.

Keep fighting. Keep believing. Keep pushing forward, even when nobody else believes in you. One day, all the shit you went through will make sense.

@darcsport — FOREVER NEVER FUC*ING GIVE UP. 🐺🔥

Hitting your macros is the easy part. Sticking to them around shift work, kids, gut issues and years of yo-yo dieting is where most plans fail.

That’s what I coach. Every week your check-in shows me what’s really going on, and your plan gets built around your life, not the other way round.

Coaching spots are open now. DM me to apply.

Reference ranges are built from the general population. Most of those people didn't do eight sets of hacks the day before their blood test.

AST and ALT are the two markers that freak out GPs the most with lifters. ALT mostly lives in the liver. AST lives in the liver and in muscle. Train hard and both can jump, which looks like liver damage on paper when it's really just muscle damage from your session.

If yours come back high, don't guess. Check these alongside them.

CK. This is a muscle marker. If it’s through the roof, your training is the likely reason your liver enzymes look ugly.

GGT. This one is far more liver specific. If AST and ALT are up but GGT is normal, it points towards muscle. If GGT is up too, take it seriously.

ALP and bilirubin. These help show whether the liver itself is under stress or not.

Then retest properly. Five to seven days with no heavy training, well hydrated, no alcohol, fasted. If the numbers come down, it was your training. If they don’t, that’s a conversation with your GP, especially if you’re running orals, drinking regularly or carrying a lot of body fat.

Context turns a scary number into a useful one. If you’ve got bloods sitting in your inbox and no idea what they actually mean for your training, DM me. That’s part of what I do with every client.

Just out here livin my dream 💭

It was a pinch me moment today, growing up watching some of the OG’s of bodybuilding training and posing in this exact spot and getting the opportunity to do the same was WILD 😜

It’s crazy to think that you can create a life where anything is possible if you’re willing to WORK 💪

From grinding away in the gym 12-16 hours a day, and on edge almost losing everything opening a gym during COVID lockdowns to now having the ability to travel the world as a PROFESSIONAL BODYBUILDER, creating content and doing the damn thing everyday is PROOF that if a young kid from a small town on the central coast of NSW can do it, anyone can.

Dream BIG and work your ass off til it becomes your reality 🤝

Your liver does far more than “detox.”

It plays a major role in nutrient metabolism, glucose regulation, lipid metabolism and hormone metabolism.

For bodybuilders, supporting liver health becomes even more important when overall physiological workload is higher especially when using PEDs even at a moderate dose (let alone higher doses)

Medibolic Liver Support is designed to support normal liver function and antioxidant defence.

Not a substitute for good health practices, but a useful addition to the right foundation.
