These beautiful late October days have us wanting to soak up every last minute of the warm temps and sunshine! Today we hopped on @divvybikes and rode down the Lakefront Trail to Hyde Park and one of our favorite restaurants @medicion57th for a late lunch (or early dinner for us older folks 😂)! Riding back heading north truly offers some of the best skyline and nature views in the city! Capped the ride off riding past Soldier Field and the tailgates in full swing! 19.25 miles and a few hours well spent! #chicago #southside #fallinchicago #beardown

It’s officially fall here and coffees are now a MUST to survive the gloominess of the day. I thought I’d do those little cute coffee runs but I guess not 🤭!

Why did I certify as a vegan hospitality consultant? It's simple... I LOVE food and I'm passionate about restaurants seeing value in plant-based diners by getting creative with their 🌱 offerings!

The training with @vegan.hospitality is one of the best things I've done and I'm ever grateful for the fantastic consultant network that the organization has built 🌎

I'm feeling optimistic that I will land opportunities to work with restaurants and support them with developing a crave-worthy vegan selection, and a high-quality dining experience for their 🌱 diners 🍽️

Where are my fellow thick crust pizza lovers at? 🍕

Grabbed a DELISH vegan pan pizza at @medicion57th and enjoyed the rest of the afternoon exploring the Obama Presidential Center's outdoor campus 🫶🌱

A pretty solid Sunday if you ask me 😋

And @obamafoundation if you happen to see this, I would LOVE to help offer some delicious 🌱 options at the Center's dining area 🍽️

A well thought out plant-based selection would be in perfect alignment with the gorgeous fruit and vegetable garden on-site, and the climate conscious ethos that underlies the construction and operation of the whole facility 🌎
