What an incredible night at @baftacymru Awards! 🎭

I pinch myself every time I come to this fantastic, friendly and inclusive event. It was a real joy to be there to support fellow actors and celebrate the wonderful people creating such brilliant work both on and off screen here in Cymru.

Llongyfarchiadau mawr to all the winners and nominees, what an amazing achievement. And catching up with the wonderful @callumshowells was the icing on the cake! ❤️

Noson i’w gofio! 🥂✨

We’ve started a No Apologies Club newsletter!

Be the first to hear about new releases, behind-the-scenes content and a sneak peek at what we’re working on, including our second single, coming very soon. 👀

And we promise not to spam you. As two women who get hundreds of work emails asking us for stuff, we understand the overwhelm. We’ll only write when we actually have something worth saying.

And we’ll never ask you to join a committee. Because we all know how much the Welsh love a committee. 😉

If you fancy signing up, just follow link in bio 🌳

Diolch, cariad mawr 🧡

Mae cerddoriaeth draddodiadol yn fyw, ac mae’n perthyn i bawb. 🎻🎶

Diolch enfawr i @guardian am roi sylw i Cân y Cymoedd / When Valleys Sing heddiw, a diolch o galon i bob unigolyn, ysgol, grŵp a chymuned sydd wedi cymryd rhan yn y prosiect hyd yma.

Mae Cân y Cymoedd yn dangos pa mor bwerus yw cerddoriaeth draddodiadol yn dod â phobl ynghyd, rhoi llais i gymunedau, ailgysylltu â hanes a lle, a chadw’r traddodiad yn fyw drwy greu miwsig newydd. 🎵

Traditional music is alive, and it belongs to everyone 🎻🎶

A huge thank you to The Guardian for featuring Cân y Cymoedd / When Valleys Sing today, and to every person, school, group and community who has taken part so far.

This project is a reminder of why traditional music is more important than ever. It brings people together, gives local stories a voice, connects us to place and heritage, and creates something new for the next generation. 💫
