Micro habits that I feel helped me (You can try to incorporate them and see if they help, but every person is different and what works for me might not work for you)

1. Speaking aloud and scribbling while reading and memorizing. (Yes, like we did in primary classes)
2. Making checklists and then crossing off things when done made me really happy.
3. Studying with a friend and on virtual Library helped me get off my phone. Also, when studying with a friend you can discuss stuff. I felt whatever I discussed I remembered for a longer time.
4. Writing things which I might get confused with on the  and then crossing them off. ( For eg: Liver can't use KB because it lacks Thiophorase and not Thiolase. I wrote down Thiolase on the side and made a big cross on it)
5. Using planners and planning the targets. Dividing the day into micro blocks. For eg: it would assign the number of hours I have to give to a certain topic or subject. Yes, most of the time it didn't get finish in the allotted time but it helped keeping a check in me.
6. Using forest app for accountability and keeping a check on my study hours. Started using it in end of September and used it till the end of my preparation. (Struggled Feb and March due to family emergency)
7. Joined a study group on WhatsApp where everyone discussed questions and doubts and shared stuff with each other while motivating one another.

P.S. you can see the productivity drops and fluctuations... It happens with everyone... Just keep trusting the process...

✨ O colorido é o humor geral do dia;
✨ Escrever na frente todas as nuances que influenciaram os humores menores;
✨ Um momento ruim não significa um dia ruim;
✨ Dias bons não significam dias produtivos, vice-versa;
