Idag har ”musikjournalisten” tipsat om nysläppt bra svenskt från Izza Gara, Melina Do Rosario, Christian Nanou, Estraden, Korsvägen, Byz och naturligtvis om The Hives tolkning av ”Hooked on a feeling” (se mötet med Björn Skifs på svtplay.se/psl ) Jag fick en också extra halvminut och hann med att nämna att JB och 23 släpper nytt idag. Plus lite om kommande Sthlm Aid-stödgalan som Michel Dida anordnar ör att hjälpa barn i krig med mat - Silvana Imam, Miriam Bryant med fler på scen… Allt detta i Kulturnyheterna/Morgonstudion med @isabella.radegard som gjorde lysande programledar-debut under morgonen 🌟

”Imagine being replaced. Replaced in a second. It happens suddenly and you have no control over the situation. You are forced to deal with it and in an instant nothing is ever gonna be the same again.

For me, this was reality but also the starting point to self discovery in depth. I was set on a path to really dig deep and explore myself. Everything about me came to light – my weaknesses, my strengths, my feelings, my energy, my entire being so far.

Never have I ever gone through as much emotional inventory as I did when I was forced to face ”life” all at once. The good and the bad. This was (and still is) a journey with unknown pathways.

I use to be quite a naive person. I thought I knew what life was about and what a setback felt like.
But nothing really is as unexpected as the unexpected, is it?

After a period of pain and feelings of inferiority, strength started to come from my weakness. Those rough phases and dark challenges re-shaped me and they still are.

Today, I am grateful.
Grateful for the journey I'm on and the hardships that came with it, seeing that it constantly nourish my self development and teach me how to play the hand I’ve been dealt with.
At times, it is tricky to flow and find peace of mind in constant motion in life, but I am grateful that I am learning how to balance it more each day.
And with that, I am excited to discover more!”
