POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

For years, I dreaded my birthday. I saw it as another reminder of getting older, and I avoided celebrating.

But something shifted recently—mentally, spiritually, and emotionally.

Instead of thinking, “Another year of suffering” or “I’m getting older” I now see:

💕 Another year of more life.
💕 Another year of more love.
💕 Another year of more time.

That perspective changed everything. I found myself genuinely excited leading up to my birthday and deeply grateful for another trip around the sun.☀️

At @electric_forest, @monyflowz surprised me with one of the most meaningful gifts I’ve ever received: ➡️ 35 birthday wishes from my friends and family, each printed on a card.

Reading them filled me with so much love and gratitude.

To everyone who sent their wishes—thank you. 🫶 Thank you for loving every version of me, for seeing me when I couldn’t see myself, and for being part of my journey.

If your birthday has ever felt heavy, if you’ve ever wanted to let the day quietly pass, I hope you know this:

➡️ YOU are worthy of being celebrated. Life is not measured by what you’ve accomplished, but by the simple miracle that YOU are HERE.

➡️May you allow yourself to receive the love that’s been waiting for you all along 💕and may you remember that your presence is a gift to those who know you. ✨

In that moment, I realized that I already have everything I could ask for. 🙏🏻 I am rich in friendship, love, connection, and community. For this, I have purpose. 🤜🏻🤛🏻

If you’re tagged, thank you. I honor you, and I cherish the time we get to share in this life. ❤️

Love, Slushy ✨

Deadlift recap from ultra Nationals @uspapower
(Also shout out @a7intl for the sick ass singlet and the livestream)
Deadlifts have been giving me nothing but trouble these past couple of months and was something I kept failing on a weekly basis but luckily I had faith and it all came together meet day, shoutout to my coaches: @jimenez__gerardo / @aw_ree24
And my handlers: @lit_lifts_ @frank3.lifts @_inkedfrank @wakaflockafeebs @_tony_liftz_
Truly blessed to be able to be surrounded by such great people that wanna see me win.It takes a village and without em this is something I wouldn’t of been able to pull off 😤❤️ , unfortunately after my second attempt heard a big pop in my shoulder and could barley feel or move my arm but my handlers were able to talk me into it and made a good call by having me pull 573 for my last attempt something that I haven’t been able to successfully pull all prep. overall glad I was able to end it on a good note, now it’s time to rest and recover 😤
Deadlifts:
1st attempt: 529 ⚪️⚪️⚪️
2nd attempt:568 ⚪️⚪️⚪️ (PR)
