We did it Talbot Village! 🙌❤️ This year, our incredible community came together and raised "$7,373" for Move4Kids, supporting inclusive fitness programs for youth with autism and intellectual disabilities across Canada. This wouldn't have been possible without our amazing members, partners, and everyone who showed up and gave back. You know who you are and we are so grateful. 💙 Thank you for proving that when a community moves together, anything is possible. #Move4Kids #GoodLifeFitness #TalbotVillage #GiveBack #London

📍 Meesai’s Thai Kitchen, London Ontario. If you’re looking for a spot that hits the sweet spot between your cravings and your wallet, Messai’s Thai Kitchen is a must-visit. It’s incredibly budget-friendly, with all dishes coming in at under $20, and they offer multiple deals that make it even easier to justify a second round. The Pad Thai is a standout, it carries the perfect balance of flavors, but for the true heat-seekers, you absolutely have to ask for level 9 spice—it brings the exact kick you’re looking for. Their Drunken Noodles are packed with flavor, though I highly recommend adding chicken or your choice of protein to really round out the dish. If you want something comforting, the Thai Basil Stir Fry arrived surprisingly warm and soupy, making it feel like a hug in a bowl. To wash it all down, do not skip the Thai Iced Tea - it’s exceptionally creamy and hits that perfect level of sweetness. 🍜🇹🇭 #foodie #canada #londonontariocanada #thaifood #viralvideos

Okay, let’s clear the air: I wish this was my car! 😂 This epic shot was taken by one of our customers right outside @meesaithaikitchen , and it totally made our day. If you’ve ever owned a restaurant, you know this industry tests you daily. It is brutally hard, but the growth and the amazing community you build are the ultimate rewards. Little experiences like seeing a customer share something this cool are what fuel us to keep pushing. Shoutout to my biggest inspirations in the game your journeys have really inspired me so thank you 🙏 @niickspina , @mikedelorenzi , and my amazing partner @kaathyleeh And a huge thank you to the customer for the fantastic photo! @meesaithaikitchen #HospitalityLife #SmallBusinessOwner #CustomerAppreciation #DreamCar #MeesaisThaiKitchen
