Somewhere along the way, many people stopped using their voices naturally.

Not because they lost the ability —
but because they learned self-consciousness.

They learned:
to compare,
to perform,
to perfect,
to stay quiet unless they sounded “good.”

But the human voice was never only meant for performance.

It has always been connected to:
play,
grief,
prayer,
celebration,
regulation,
storytelling,
community,
and connection.

Long before music became something to consume,
people sang together.

Not to impress each other.
To feel together.

And I honestly think many people are starving for that kind of expression again.

Not polished.
Not perfect.
Just human.

Your voice does not need permission to exist.

It already belongs to you.

👇
When was the last time you used your voice freely — without judging it?

March was mostly my return to theatre life with "The Importance of Being Earnest" with an incredible cast and crew and I'm so glad I went back to it. Other than that it was mainly friend time and STEEL BALL RUN. WHERE IS EPISODE 2 NETFLIX?? Anyway I'm gonna be 30 this month which is crazy

I love sharing how serendipitous this work has been. I hope you enjoy this music and perhaps see yourself in it👁️

Happened because of:

💫my brother @dominiksky
💫my daughter’s father @shengcreative
💫my sis and her partner @meeshaboncza @nixing858
💫 somatic work like Chakra Vocal Toning and chanting
💫my sweet baby angel, my inspiration, my strength

Thank you God 🪷
