Five tech companies. One evening. Show how you sell.

We’re co-hosting this one with fonio, Viktor, Mimira, Pocket, TechTree and Poland Tech Week. Everyone sells the same fictional product to different buyers, one at each station. You get 3 minutes to read the brief, then 10 minutes to explore the problem with the buyer and agree on a useful next step. The top 3 go to the final round with a fresh case, and the winner is decided live.

Practise on realistic sales challenges
Get individual feedback after the competition
Meet the hiring teams at fonio, Viktor, Mimira and Pocket in a bar, not at a career fair
Meet Warsaw’s B2B sales community
You don’t need to prepare anything, and you don’t need to be looking for a job. Good questions, careful listening and a useful next step are what get scored.

The event is in English. Spots are limited and registration needs host approval.

One Slack message. One task. Done. ⚡

We asked @meet.viktor to change our international shipping rate to $39.

It updated the rate from $65, reloaded the page, reopened the setting to verify the change stuck, and confirmed exactly what it left untouched.

No endless clicking. No second-guessing. Just execution and verification.

That’s not just a tool. That’s an AI employee. 🤖

What’s better than an EA?

One that works 24/7

That costs 5% of a regular EA

That has access to all my data

That can process THOUSANDS of records in minutes

That I can text in iMessage

If Viktor isn’t your EA - you’re BEHIND

Comment EA and I’ll send you the exact setup to turn Viktor into your own 24/7 EA

I hired my first AI employee and I didn’t write a single line of code.

Welcome to Episode 1 of AI Made Simple, where I show you how I’m using AI to help run my business without being technical.

My AI employee is called Viktor, and I talk to him inside Slack just like any other team member.

His first two jobs:

1. Create team reports showing what’s done, what’s stuck, who needs to act next, and where I’m needed.
2. Check failed-payment alerts, verify whether the client already paid, and flag anything that still needs follow-up.

The key is to start with one job, make sure the information is accurate, and then schedule it to run automatically.

In Part 2, I’ll show you my AI appointment setter inside GoHighLevel and how it helps turn new leads into booked appointments.

Follow for Part 2.

A few years ago, I thought making more money meant hiring more people.

More clients meant more employees.
More employees meant more meetings.
More meetings meant more problems.

I thought that was just what scaling looked like.

But in the last 30 days, I made $276,850 working about 20 hours a week with one full-time team member and AI.

One of the biggest reasons is Victor.

Victor is the AI assistant I use inside Slack.

Before Victor, someone had to dig through Slack, email, Google Drive, spreadsheets, GoHighLevel, and Ads Manager just to figure out what was happening in the business.

Now I can ask:

What’s our cost per booked call?
What did we miss?
How are the ads performing?
What needs my attention today?

And Victor pulls the information together so I can make the decision and keep moving.

He helps with lead data, marketing reports, content research, scripts, SOPs, project management, and even catches problems we might have missed.

That’s when AI finally clicked for me.

I stopped using AI like a chatbot and started using it like an employee.

After helping 1,200+ entrepreneurs generate over $100M, I believe this is one of the biggest shifts happening in business right now.

AI isn’t just about writing captions or asking ChatGPT questions.

It’s about building AI agents and AI automation into your business so repetitive work gets done without automatically adding another person to payroll.

That’s how I’m building a simpler, leaner, more profitable company.

Comment VICTOR and I’ll send you the full breakdown.

AI automation • AI agents • ChatGPT for business • business automation • agency automation • marketing automation • AI assistant • GoHighLevel automation • Slack automation • agency growth • online business

I’m pleased to announce that I have received employee of the month.

Okay it’s at my own business, and I’m the only employee but I’m everyone and a win is a win.

CEO. Marketing. Sales. HR. IT. Admin.
And apparently the person responsible for remembering every tiny thing that needs to get done.

I lost 11+ hours last month on tasks that each took less than 20 minutes.

Do you know how many gym sessions that is?

Follow-ups. Updating trackers. Research. Remembering to respond to the email I forgot I sent.

None of it is hard, it just requires time which is a finite resource.

I didn’t love admin work as an FTE, I certainly don’t love it now, so I’ve started handing some of that work to viktor.com

I’ll never let it write my content or make my decisions, but happy to have it handle the repetitive work that keeps piling up.

The follow-ups. The research. The admin work that gives me existential dread.

I don’t need another AI tool giving me more things to do, seriously, keep your prompts to yourself.

I need fewer things on my to-do list.
I want to do less.

AI is supposed to give us our time back, and I’d like to actually enjoy

Go outside. Book a flight. Have a personality outside of my inbox. Celebrate my employee of the month award.

So, if you’re also a one-person company with a 47-person workload, or just looking to find more time to do human stuff, give Viktor a shot.

Hire @viktor.com. $100 in credits, no card required.

In partnership with Viktor.

A homeowner sent us two PDFs through the photo-quote form on our website. One was a scope list, the other a list of 13 carpentry fixes.

Before I'd even opened them, Viktor, my AI assistant, had read both and built a draft estimate. It was split into four sides of the house, with the photos filed by area. It also made a short list of what it guessed at and what it left for me to decide: one coat or two on the sunny side, carpentry on its own estimate or not, and the things it didn't price.

It didn't send anything to the customer or pick a price. It just got the first hour of the job done and left me the decisions.

#ad New consults for one client: 6 in August. 1 so far in September.

I wanted to know what was happening in the texts and calls.
So I asked our AI employee to pull the conversations.
It couldn't get in, and it told me exactly why.

Then it showed me what it found instead.

It went through a daily number health report that already posts in our Slack.
The client's outbound calling number had been flagged as spam.
Every single day from Aug 24 to Sep 23.

It pointed out that spam-tagged numbers get answered far less often.
It said that lines up with the drop, separate from the ad issues it had already found.

It can't re-register a phone number, and it said so.
It offered to raise it with whoever manages the calling numbers.

Blocked on the ask. Still came back with something real.
