A huge thank you to The Local’s Run Club in Plettenberg Bay for choosing Bahia Formosa School as their fundraising beneficiary! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

On 11 September, 50% of their sales were donated to our school, making a meaningful difference to our school community.

Thank you for your generosity, kindness and for showing us what it means to support your local community. You truly are Locals That Care! ❤️

Nod has its first registered event next week!

nodapp.space is an in person networking app that allows you to connect with people already in the room.
As part of the https://labs.constellationlab.cc incubator products I am building.

Candid Colab is hosting Optimising Operations in Notion with AI https://www.radi.co.za/events/operations-in-notion-1

If you are in Cape Town and have a need for speed when it comes to Notion and AI, this is one to attend.

Here is to the first of MANY!

Give me a NOD if you are going to attend or want to learn more

1KM CONTINUOUS !! 🥁🪩❤️‍🔥

I’m honestly so proud of Carla for this one. She really is making progress each week so it was so nice to hit a proper milestone !! Which happened over almost 2 weeks ago because I’m so behind with updating this series haha whoops. 👀

Now that we have established that when she pushes herself she’s got some pace in her legs, we need to figure out what’s happening with her calves. 1km really pulled at her calves and towards the end she really had to grit her teeth. So we’ve got some work to do there 💪

If you had told me when I started running that I would run a full km with Carla I never would have believed you. I’m so happy !! ❤️‍🔥

Obviously had to reward her 1km effort with breakfast at @meetatthelocal 🤤🥯⚡️
