When I was in college, I wish someone would have asked me “What do you want your days to be like?” instead of “What do you want to do?”

When I was young, I couldn’t answer that question very well. I like a lot of different things! I couldn’t find a label, major or career definition to contain what I now understand as my creativity.

But if you asked me about my ideal day, I’d probably describe this place. Laughter, color, problem solving, good caring people, interesting work, resilience, creativity, and effort.

Today at @meetmigrate we celebrated @maddiefkennedy joining our team a year ago and @madebyaub joining two years ago.

Earlier this week, we were listed #8 on a list of the 50 fastest growing companies led by @miamiuniversity alumni (!!!) and so I keep thinking about my college self. She wanted this but didn’t have the language for it.

If I could go back, I’d tell her — you do not need a definition, only an idea of what you want to do today. How you spend your days is how you spend your life. If you keep following what you like, everything aligns over time.

So many of you have replied that this rebranding is so “me.” It has to be the COLOR! Which is your favorite?

I tried to attempt a cute little day in the life today but really all I did was sit at my desk and make a mess. Or on my couch at 6am trying to get myself to write. It was very normal. Back to back phone calls. A lot of screen time. I’m tired. It’s Wednesday! I hope you had a great day. Here are a few pictures of things I noticed and liked. 😇🌱❣️
