Form meets function. 🏋️‍♂️ Have you hit the Olympic lifting platform at East Market yet? It’s built for power and for all members who are ready to level up their lifts. Featured here: some of our Thrive trainers putting it to work. 💪🏻 #CityFitnessPHL #OlympicLifting #TrainWithPurpose #FitterTogether

Quick trip to Chicago to partake in a clinical medical study for NF! I had a full body scan and they did some bloodwork to see if certain biomarkers in the blood can predict tumors! I’m one of about 200 patients who will participate to help NF research!!

Bryson is too young to participate in the study so the least I could do was do it myself even if it meant flying hundreds of miles away from him 😭❤️

Thank you so much to my sister @meg.marson who came with me, no questions asked the minute I told her I wanted to do this study!!
