I had the honor of being part an amazing and talented team this past year. When @taylormorgandupuis asked me to document the magic they were making, I was more than happy to!
This film is brave, gorgeous, and a wild ride! All the awards and recognition are so well deserved and I can’t wait to see how far this goes!

Taylor’s talent and vision truly blow me away and being part of her journey is a pleasure!

Enjoy some of the BTS shots I took.

Still reeling from the high of the weekend! “Where the Hell is Anna?” had its world premiere at the 57th Nashville Film Festival… and we won the jury prize for best feature in our category!! Holy wow.

This project was lots of (fake) blood, LOTS of (very real) sweat, and a few (joyful) tears. I’m so proud of this team and what we created. I can’t wait to share more soon! ❤️💐

So thankful for the opportunity to have shot @wthia_movie led by the incredible @taylormorgandupuis

So proud of this team for winning “Best Tennessee Feature” at the @nashfilmfest. This would not have been possible without Taylor’s unbelievable leadership and creative mind. But without the amazing village behind this project, it would not have been possible at all and am very proud of the hardwork this team put into it. It was an incredibly small crew in extremely hot conditions but nothing phased anyone. Huge shoutout to @thereal_hopek and @logenctv with @stormlightpictures for the incredible support both physically and creatively on set.

Credits will follow soon.

SO PROUD OF THE ENTIRE @wthia_movie team! Last night we were so honored to accept the Best Tennessee Feature Award at the 57th @nashfilmfest! We are so thankful to the Festival, Programmers, Jurors, and incredible audience that made our world premiere screening such a smash success! After 15+ years making movies this is such an important moment for our team and we could not be more grateful.

Thanks to those attending our Encore screening at 1:30PM today! We would love to hear your thoughts on the film in the comments!

We are taking our time to find the right distribution from our many available opportunities, and are at the very beginning of our festival run, so if you want to see the film and could not make the screenings this weekend it is available online through the festival for a short time at the link in our bio!

Congrats to the entire team, each and every one of you deserve this so much and we’re so integral to bringing @taylormorgandupuis vision come to life.

THE FUTURE IS BRIGHT FOR INDIE FILM!

Have you seen it yet!?

BTS!🎬 I will always remember this day as the day we mourned the sudden loss of Catherine O’Hara by channeling our comedic energy into these balls.

Monkey Bars Theatre Co. closed its inaugural show last night. Putting on ‘Gruesome Playground Injuries’ was an idea born from a moment of desperation to create something, that became one of my favorite collaboration experiences to date. Our theatre company was created out of simple necessity to maintain some rights to a special little play, and now we are dreaming up next projects and figuring out next steps. Something that started as just a silly little idea has become so much bigger than what I could ever have imagined and I feel immeasurably proud.

Katy & William- thank you for allowing us to use the studio as our playground. You’ve created the greatest community in the world and I feel lucky to be a small part of it. We love @actthe4thwall

Les- thank you for being magically, mystically available to direct us in this. I honestly still can’t believe how the stars perfectly aligned. You breathed life into this piece in such a beautiful, visceral way. I trust you with my life. You’re stuck with me forever now. @lesmarberry

Dust- thank you for saying yes to this crazy idea. You are so talented it’s actually insane. You’re the Copper to my Todd. Thanks for being the Dougie to my Leenie. @dustin_the_breeze

Thank you to the family and friends who traveled from out of state to see us. I love you, I love you, I love you. I felt so loved by you. Thank you.

And to our incredible community here in Nashville- you showed up and showed out for us in ways I could not even imagine. This is an insanely special place filled with incredibly special people. Thank you for your curiosity, kind words, support, encouragement, and presence. You held space for a delicate story and we are so grateful for you all.

I guess I’m an Artistic Producer now. That’s f*cking wild.

We wrapped ‘Where the Hell is Anna’ a little over a year ago and you’ll be able to watch it premiere at the @nashfilmfest on September 25th at 4pm!

Words fail when I try to express how meaningful this project is to me. Just know: the Nashville artistic community is something SO special. Everyone showed up and showed out in ways that felt exceptional. This set was professional, and filled with so much love & light & fun. It was Summer Camp, but if Summer Camp was filled with cults and blood and dark, witchy rituals lmfao.

@taylormorgandupuis thank you for including me on this adventure from beginning to end. Thank you for trusting me with ‘Daisy’ I love her and I loved playing her SO much.

To the entire cast & crew- I love you I love you I love you. If any of you ever found yourselves in a cult, just know I’d come to save you, no question.
