An amazing event celebrating the 40 over 40 woman photographed by the talented @lydialeclairphoto! Lydia photographed 40 woman over the age of 40 years old - one woman was 102! The exhibit was held at the @wingbeatsrecordingstudio in Brewster. Such a cool space! A fun vibe with live music from Brian Sances. I loved seeing all of the other photos, especially the many local faces I recognized! All stunning! It was an amazing shoot getting glammed & dressed up! Highly recommend to all the local woman out there! Also shout out to @artworxbeautyboutique for my makeup that day! #CapeCod #CapeCodLocal #40over40 #womenempowerment #photoshoot

Starting the week with a GINORMOUS thank you to everyone that has supported @mermaidsandmadeleines this season! 💗 Summer has been crazy in the best way! I couldn’t be more grateful that we had the opportunity to meet, chat, connect, catch up and visit together again here, online and at the in-person events! 💕 A huge thank you to my husband for keeping me from starving + mostly sane, my mom for always being willing to help in any way, my dad for holding down their fort when I needed extra hands. My sister for visiting, bringing the comic relief and taking a closing shift at the artist cottage when I was double booked, my niece for always being up to do a fun reel together and my nephew for keeping us all fueled with his amazing iced coffee creations! 💕 Also, thank you to all of the event coordinators! So much goes into creating a great experience for shoppers + vendors and I don’t think they get enough credit for how much sweat + stress they put into what they do because it’s very behind the scenes! 💕 And I’m beyond appreciative of you! Thank you for being here, thank you for being a teammate and part of this little, tiny brand, helping build it together with small steps each day! 💗🥰💗 That’s a wrap on summer events! Thank you for making this one the best yet! Already planning some new things for next year! 🩷🌊✨ ps… Shelly says “hi,” and that she’s tired of twinning 😜💓👯‍♀️ #gratefulalways #goodthingsarealwayshappening #thankyou #coastalstyle #tinybrand

Teaching inversions might just be one of my favorite things. 🤸🏼‍♀️🔥 There’s something about watching someone go from “I can’t do that” to “WAIT… I JUST DID THAT!” that never gets old. We drill. We fall. We laugh. We try again. And somewhere along the way, fear turns into confidence. Getting upside down is fun. Teaching someone to trust themselves enough to try? That’s the good stuff. 🤍 Shout out to @chrisamosher your commitment over the last 4+ years shows and shines on the mat! So proud of you😘✨ #InversionPractice #YogaTeacher #HandstandPractice #YogaJourney #EmBODHIedYOGA

✨ Meet Meaghan✨ After discovering Olive Tree People, @meg_tower through her own health journey, became passionate about helping others find better options in skincare and beauty. With 20+ years in the fashion and jewelry industry, she’s always loved beauty, fashion and design, but even more than that, she loves connecting women, building community and creating genuine relationships. She’s happiest by the coast with salt air, sunsets, beach days, boating and yoga, but growing up on beautiful farmland in Central Massachusetts means rolling fields will always feel like home. 🤍 She also loves traveling, great food and a little adventure. After Spain and Portugal this year, she’s already looking forward to returning to Hawaii next year for her 5 year wedding anniversary! We’re so excited to have her as part of the Beauty Boost Boston community! 💖 #waterlessbeauty #skincare #cleanbeauty #olivetreepeople #bostonwomen

Turn it up. Let it go. FLOW. 🔥 No overthinking. No perfect poses. Just breathe, movement, music, and a whole lot of energy. We came to move, sweat, play, and shake off whatever the week tried to leave behind. Because sometimes the best reset isn’t slowing down, it’s energizing the soul. Sometimes you just need to MOVE. 🤸🏽🔥 happy flow Friday yogis. Now go take that energy into your weekend. 🤍🌬️🤸🏽 #yogateacher #yogainspiration #yoga #yogalife #fridayflow

She put in that WORK…… and by ”she” I mean the whole damn room 🔥 everyone rocked the inversion they practiced and kept going back for more.💪🏼That’s my favorite part of Vinyasa. Friends who flow together, sweat together, laugh together and occasionally drop the 🎤mic while upside down 😂 🤸🏽 10/10 would Vinyasa with this crew anytime. ☀️ 😆 love the energy and laughs in today’s flow and boy. Was it sweaty! 🥵 💦 #VinyasaWithFriends #YogaButMakeItFun #VinyasaInversion #YogaCrew
