DailyW Program Series

Dynamic S&C Day:
(Rather than integrating machines, we use a different effort and intent to get the heart rate to rise while also tapping into strength patterns. We focus on power movements, complexes/sequences, paired with stability or core patterns.)

RD 1:
Landmine Kneeling Thruster (Power & Core)
KB Squat to High Row (Power)

We want these to be smoother than heavier. We increase weight as long as we can continue to move well. Both should be relatively quick with some Pop behind it.

RD 2:
Landmine Lat Lunge + RDL (Strength)
KB SA OH March (Stability)

Hip dominate Landmine complex. Slightly easier to load heavier than the thruster, but still looking for smoother pace and flow, maintain trunk position. Paired with a mod to heavy over head March. Focus on the rib and hip alignment.

RD 3:
Landmine SL RDL x6/6 (Strength & Stability)
Not Shown:
Deadbugs & Plank Toe Slides (Core)

The SL RDL was the “heaviest” exercise today, also with a big stability demand. Load it up to where you can.
Paired with Deadbugs and Toe Slides to continue to challenge the core.

Days like this help us be that “Active Adult.” Not just one that shows up to watch, but one who can participate, can run and jump, can move without limitations, or can keep up with their kids. An essential day to include into your programing.

We specialize in personalized small group training, combining the detail and accountability of 1:1 coaching with the energy of a team environment. ⚡️
