Watching a puerh tea coin slowly unfurl is part of the experience. Rich, earthy, and smooth, each infusion reveals a new layer of flavor. Take a moment to slow down and enjoy the ritual. 🍵✨ #PuerhTea #TeaLover #TeaRitual #LooseLeafTea #TeaTime

If you’re still doing those generic poses with a laptop and a blazer, this is your sign to come to our next content shoot 📸 Why? Because brand visuals are just as important as brand strategy and have the power to sway people’s buying decisions. Social Sofa brand pics are not your average brand pics, they are unique to each individual’s brand and the services they offer as a social media manager ❤️‍🔥 Before the girls even turned up, the strategy was already done. They came prepared. Every single one of these girls now has brand images that will stop the scroll and we want that for you too 🙌🏻 Brighton. May 2026. Be there if you want to be a part of the first Social Sofa retreat and our next brand shoot! DM ‘EVENT’ for more details! - Ps, a massive shoutout to @hazed.hq for the awesome studio space and our photographers @healeystudios and @studiochapman_ 😍

Wowweee!! Be Brand New is officially one year old! Looking back, this journey has been filled with countless incredible, unforgettable moments. There are too many to list, so I’ve focused on the most impactful lessons and the ones I’ll carry with me forever. What I’ve Learned Say Yes (But Know When to Say No): Embrace opportunities, as you never know where they may lead. But also be comfortable declining,if it doesn’t feel right, don’t invest your energy. Remember Your Worth: Always value yourself and the unique contribution you make. Prioritise Self-Care: It is one of the best and most continuous investments you can make in your success. Seek Guidance: You aren’t expected to know everything. Ask for advice; it accelerates growth. Embrace Discomfort: Real growth happens when you push beyond your comfort zone. Value All Connections: Real-life connection is vital, but never underestimate the power of online networking. Some of my best collaborations and clients have come from online interaction! Celebrate & Share: Celebrate every single win, no matter the size, and talk about your business! Clarity & Authenticity: Get crystal clear with your message and, most importantly, be yourself. Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey. I am immensely grateful for your support! Watch this space, because this is only the start, and I absolutely cannot wait for what 2026 has in store... what I have planned is HUGE

THIS. DAY. WAS. EVERYTHING. 7 of our gorgeous members together in person. An unreal workshop with Alexa Wilkinson. The most FUN + unique brand photos. Dinner, cocktails, Christmas markets🤍 This is why we do what we do: to bring together women who were building their businesses alone, but never should’ve had to. Big love to all our girls, the ones in Notts and the ones cheering us on from home 🫶 Craving community? DM “ME” to join the Sofa 🛋️ WARNING: said like-minded women WILL become your besties 🚨 #socialmediamanager #socialmediamanageruk #smmcommunity #smmmembership #businesswoman

We poured love into this event for MONTHS, and seeing it all come together is such an incredible feeling 🥹🫶🏻 The girls loved it, and although most of us had never met IRL before, they said we made them feel comfortable (even on camera!), they got insane value from @alexawilkinson.ltd and are over the moon with the photos they have seen so far from our photographer @healeystudios and one of our members @studiochapman_ who volunteered to give us a helping hand 📸 We are so proud of our girls, and we haven’t just built a community, we are part of it 💕 We are working on our next meetups and events (or should I say retreat… 👀) as we speak! If you want to join us at the next one, comment or DM us ‘MEET UP’ Or, DM us ‘SOFA’ if you want to be a part of the online space for the time being! 🛋️ #socialmediamanager #smmcommunity #socialmediaevent

Sick of spending all day alone at your desk? Quietly building your empire, but with no one to talk to, encourage you, or ask for help?😮‍💨 Sure, your friends and family might be supportive… But there’s something different about being around people who get it Who understand the highs and lows of being a social media manager Who know what your day-to-day really looks like and can offer the kind of support, advice and friendship that makes all the difference The power of community is so underrated The shift it’s made in mine and Rach’s SMM journeys, and now in our members’, is honestly unbelievable 👉From sitting alone, battling imposter syndrome, telling everyone “yeah, work’s good” (because they wouldn’t understand the full story anyway) 🫶 To having a crew who’ll help you troubleshoot a tricky client, celebrate your wins and make you laugh when you need it! No more “team of one” You’re part of ours🤍 DM “SOFA” to join us on The Social Sofa🛋️ #smm #smmlife #smmgang #smmmembership #socialmediamanager #socialmediamanagerlife #businessownersuk #femalebusinessowners #smmcommunity #socialmediamanagercommunity

Just absolutely in LOVE with some of these shots from last weekend with The Social Sofa Community! 4 Hours, 6 different female led-businesses and 1837 photos 📸💪🥵 Still got so many more to get through but these are some which I feel represent what each and every one of these ladies stand for. I can’t wait to see their feeds explode with authority and their businesses burst with DM’s, because these photos aren’t here to play. They’re not generic, they’re showing their customers who they are and the results they offer without being in your face or too cliche! This is where personality meets professionalism! Are you a female founder looking to level up your feed? Tired of using the same photo over and over again? Need content that speaks to your audience and lets you be yourself? ITS TIME YOU BOOKED A CONTENT DAY! Here’s the promise: 1 day with me = 30 (if not more) days of content! That’s a mix of BOTH photos and videos, plus ALL the unedited content from the day AND THATS NOT ALL. To make sure we’re clear on your vision, this service also includes a shoot planning & mood boarding call!! You’ve worked too hard to let your business be the world’s best kept secret. DM me the words “GIRLSONFILM” to get started today! #contentcreator #socialmediamarketing #freelancephotography #contentphotographer #femalefoundersuk #femaleceo #girlboss #femaleentrepreneur #femalerunbusiness #portrait #portraitphotography #contentstudio #stopthescroll #authenticcontent #breakthemold #womensupportingwomen #femalecommunity #socialmediamanagers #socialmediaservices #socialmediaexpert #contentcreators #contenttips
