This past weekend, we had the opportunity to host the CrossFit Kids Course at CrossFit Roots. This course was born almost 20 years ago, and went online during the pandemic. In-person learning for the win.

The next generation, coaches, and parents need this course and the principles and methods it teaches more than ever.

Our youth are over skilled and under athletic; youth sports structures drive early specialization, and we forget that play - pairing fitness and sport with fun - is paramount to developing strong, healthy humans who will become contributing members of society.

To Aimee, John, and Tegan – thank you for the care, passion, and mastery of the subject you each possess and tirelessly share. Meet Dr. Molly Ware - a member at Roots since 2013, Quarterfinals Qualifier, and cardiologist at Boulder Heart, right down the road from Roots!

The Heart to Heart 5K is just 11 days away and we want YOU to show off your fitness!

This 5K supports the Heart to Heart Fund which provides financial assistance to cardiac patients who wouldn't be able to afford care otherwise.

We all know that the 5K is the most programmed workout on crossfit.com because it's a beautiful test of fitness and develops all three metabolic pathways.

Announcing the fall CrossFit Kids session! Do you have a 2nd-5th grader who loves to move, wants to get their first pull-up, and loves a challenge?

The Roots Kids Program focuses on developing movement literacy and proper mechanics in a safe, supportive, and structured environment.

We aim to lay the foundation for a kid who grows up strong and confident!

When: Tuesdays 3:30-4:15pm
Fall Session: September 16-November 17th (no class October 13th)
