You train for your sport. Lagree can support it.

⚽ Football — build strength in each leg separately and improve control when accelerating, stopping and changing direction.

🏇 Show jumping — strengthen your inner thighs and core to stay balanced, controlled and strong in the saddle.

🏃 Running — strengthen your hips and glutes to support better leg control and knee stability with every stride.

🎾 Padel — build core strength to control rotation and transfer power through your body.

🏊🚴🏃 Triathlon — build upper-body strength and endurance through your back and shoulders to support your swimming.

Lagree doesn’t replace your sport-specific training. It complements it by building strength, control and endurance.

What sport do you train for?

Megaformer
Viktoriya
Level: foundation
Location: iconic 2022
Price:
135 qr drop in
85 qr first class

I tried megaformer with Viktoriya and here’s how it went:

She started off by explaining the lagree machine and how we will use it according to her instructions.

It was a full body aching work out, slow and intense, targeting specific movements.

She gave amazing modifications for all, and adjustments for those who wanted it less or more intense.

Even though I’m not particularly fond of the studio style (lined up lagrees with minimal space), she walked around and made sure everyone was moving correctly.

Amazingly, she learned every students name by heart immediately and helped out anyone who needed it without anyone else falling behind.

If you get a chance, I highly recommend attending her megaformer classes.

What is Lagree?

Slow movement. Constant tension. Full-body resistance.

It challenges your strength, muscular endurance, core stability and control - all in one workout.

And don’t let the slow pace fool you. The slower you move, the harder your muscles have to work.

50 minutes. Low impact. High intensity.

Come try it.

Today’s workout: me vs. machine. The machine won. Lagree had me questioning every life decision. Lol 😆

Kidding aside, I actually loved it. Such a great workout, challenging in the best way. Definitely coming back for more pain… I mean gains 😅 @megaformer.qa
